Synopsis & Character Thinking
Following the explosion at the meatpacking plant, Isabella and Lorenzo retreat to their sanctuary to rebuild. While the Commission recognizes their authority, the physical and emotional toll of the past months lingers. Isabella struggles with the trauma of the “Gilded Cage,” while Lorenzo battles the guilt of the life he forced her into. As they work to secure a future for their younger siblings, they find themselves drawn together by a magnetic, undeniable physical tension.
The story culminates in a final confrontation with the remnants of the old guard, leading to a total victory and a permanent union. No more contracts. No more lies. Only a Sovereign future.
