Chapter 1
It had been a long weekend and Jake wandered into his lab with a triple-shot venti latte from Starbucks and he didn’t think that there was enough caffeine. He and his best friend Hugh had partied hard after leading their team to the intermural Rugby championship. The girls flocked to them at the bar and they only made it back to their apartment around 4am.
Both were ruggedly handsome TAs in the chemistry department and both were tall, athletic, strong and almost zero body fat. Jake had never seen anything like this. The male rats were always aggressive, but he had never seen a female rat do anything like this. He had no idea why the female was acting like this or what was going on, and to be honest he really didn’t care. He moved the cage to the side and looked at the mess, deciding to clean it up later. Afterwards he went back to his chair, lay his head on his desk and fell asleep.
The racket in the rat cage kept waking him up and his curiosity got the better of him. Why were the rats still going at it. The male rat seemed almost comatose, while the female rat was exhausted, but still abusing her male victim. Something was going on and had changed. He wondered if it had something to do with the chemical mixture created when the two beakers broke.
At that moment his lab partner came into the room, hungover and carrying a huge thermos of coffee. Jake corralled Hugh and brought him over to the rat cage. “Hey, I want you to look at this!”
Hugh groaned and said, “What rats fucking? That is what they always do!”
Jake added, “Have you ever seen a female raping a male rat?”
Hugh perked up and answered, “Come to think of it no”
Both looked at each other and then the rats in the cage. Jake began, “The only thing that I know is different, is these two beakers were broken and lying next to the cage. Whatever was in them co-mingled and was spread over and under the cage. Help me figure out what was in the beakers and see if they could have caused this.”
Jake looked into the first beaker, and it contained a combination of Flibanserin and Bremelanotide. These items were well known sexual desire enhancers for women, much like Viagra for men. Jake had no idea what experiment or professor was using this unique combination of drugs and what the ultimate goal was.
Hugh was looking into the second beaker had been set aside with various Estrogen Receptors (ER) that were being tried for breast cancer drugs. Jake and Hugh sat down nursing their coffee as they compared notes. As TA’s both had labs to run and it was time to get to class.
They locked up all their samples and after refilling their coffee they left for their labs. Jake was running the organic chemistry lab, and it was his favorite lab. In the organic chemistry lab, all the students had to identify an unknown sample, and it was a challenge for everyone and as the TA he was always busy. Hugh created a test matrix varying both samples starting with the samples from the cage. For the two weeks they varied the combinations and with each combination they tested on some rats. With any negative tests the rats were reused and in the third week they got a reaction. It was not as dramatic as the female when they first noticed the reaction, but as they varied the combination the reactions became more pronounced.
After four weeks Jake and Hugh had honed in on the best and most consistent combination. Every test on the male rats was exactly what they were supposed to be, nothing, but the female rats went wild and dosage from small to large didn’t seem to have a difference in effect, although, the larger dosage lasted longer.
They made a large batch of the substance that they were calling XXX and began testing on rabbits and once again the female rabbits went crazy raping the male rabbits. It was now two months since they first saw the XXX reaction with the rats and Jake and Hugh knew they had something, but the real test would be on humans. They sat in their lab thinking about whether to put an ad on one of the school bulletin boards for test volunteers, when a knock on the door jarred them out of their thoughts. Cheryl stuck her head in the door and asked, “Jake do you have a few minutes?”

Is that something you would be willing to do?”
Cheryl looked suspicious, realizing that she may have been manipulated into being a test subject. She had come here ready to do anything and now there was an offer so, she thought about it for a second and then asked, “What would I have to do?”
Jake and Hugh looked at each other and Jake decided to go for it, “First you would have to be naked and most likely restrained on a bed and then we would rub XXX, that is what we have named it, on different erogenous zones and document your reactions.”
