Story Synopsis:
This is the story of a young boy from the Philippines who grows up dreaming of worlds filled with magic and adventure.
Sky Seiya Yagami Amain—also known as “Sky” or “Seiya”—is a Filipino-Japanese child with a heart brimming with curiosity and wonder. His father, a humble Filipino fisherman, teaches him the value of hard work and simplicity, while his mother, a Japanese environmentalist, instills in him a deep respect for nature and a sense of responsibility to protect the world around him. Together, they live a peaceful life by the sea, far removed from the noise and chaos of the city.
That quiet life shatters on one fateful day.
Sky is suddenly summoned to another world—a realm where magic flourishes and countless races beyond imagination coexist.
In this unfamiliar land, the Grand Holy Empire of Banalaya—an alliance of many proud kingdoms—stands on the brink of annihilation. An ancient prophecy has begun to awaken, foretelling the arrival of a sinister force unlike anything humanity has ever faced. A darkness born beyond mortal understanding is destined to descend, bringing devastation and reducing their civilization to ruin.
Yet within the same prophecy lies a fragile thread of hope.
Their doomed future can be rewritten by a single hero—a being not of this world.
With no other path left, the empire performs a summoning ritual: an ancient ceremony unseen since the dawn of history, carried out in a desperate bid for survival.
But in time, they will uncover a far deeper truth.
The hero they summoned—Sky, the boy from another world—is bound by fate to one of the empire’s most revered and supreme deities, a god that has existed since the very beginning of time.

As a Filipino who grew up enjoying cartoons—especially those made in Japan, known as anime—I eventually realized that these were more than just animated drawings. They are art: masterpieces born from the creativity, imagination, and passion of their creators.
While I initially hoped to present this story as a comic complete with illustrations, I came to accept that my drawing skills are not yet enough to bring this world to life the way I envision it. For this reason, I chose to begin by telling the story in its purest form—as a novel. Perhaps one day, with the help of others, this world may be visually realized through a comic or even an animated adaptation, which remains my ultimate dream for this work. ✨
