ABANDONED HOUSE
Chapter 1
Two boys in London were playing football.
Tom kicked the ball hard, and it flew straight into the abandoned house.
Everyone screamed and ran blindly.
Suddenly, the door creaked open.
An old man—ugly, angry, and with a face full of wrinkles—stepped out.
He picked up the ball in his dirty hands.
Instead of throwing it back, he took out iron nails and burst the ball right in front of them.
Then he slammed the door and disappeared inside.
Tom’s blood boiled. He wanted revenge.
He took a step forward, but his friend Sam slapped his arm and pulled him back.
“Are you crazy?” Sam shouted.
“That was about your life!”
Tom looked at him, shocked.
Sam hugged him tightly.
“I’m sorry… but I can’t lose you.”
Both of them left the place, breathing fast.
