I met Robby when he and I had a run in one light cold Pittsbirgh morning he was messing with his phone and ran into me.
“wow...fuck.... cold... holy shit” I cried out
he looked at me in shock
“I’m so sorry,” he says
“you owe me an oreo frappe and extra fudge drizzle hunny” I say
he nods his head and went to get his and my order while I got as much as the mess cleaned up on me and the floor as I could.
“I am sorry” he say
“i appreicate it” i replied
we talked a little after walking out the door then we went sperate ways.
but apprently he enjoys not watching were he is going. cause I was in the ER of PTMC and I was following the nurse when low and behold he was not watching where he was going and we collided.
“do I have a hit me sign Im not aware of. or do you just enjoy bumping into me?” I asked in a joking manner
he looks and shook his head
“I was focused on something else” he sats
“just like this morning huh?” I asked
“well at least nothing cold was spilled on you” he says
I smiled
“true” I say craddling my hurt wrist
“what happen?” he asked
I was watching a friend of mine’s kid and they were being typical kid leaning back in the chair and when the chair went back I was quick to grab the chair but I didnt prevent it from falling so the chair plus them fell and landed on my wrist. it doesnt feel broken but then again I dont know what a broken bone feels like” I expalined
he tells the nurse that I was following that he’d take over and from there he had done his job before putting a cast on my wrist.
the next run in we had was at a bar. both of us alone so I approached him and we got to talking then the next thing I know is we eloped and then went to his place and fucked.
which is how our baby boy Noah was created.
when we woke the following morning we welcomed the day with sex and I sent him off to work sattified and full. with a promise of coming by later to bring him lunch.
As my pregnancy progressed Robby and I took that time to learn each other, move in together in an actual house since we both lived in an apartment. I met his friends, his co-wokers, and I learned what its like to be the wife of a Trama ER doctor who is the chief of the department.
I do what I need to and what is necessary to realx him, destress him, help him when he feels like there is no one listening.
he was the very one to pick Noah’s name and then when Noah decided to grace this world he is the very one to deliver him.
