Love Arranged:When Feelings Ruin The Plan

Summary

Naishadha has never trusted love stories—the dramatic kind, the destined kind, or the ones people swear will “just work out.” She believes people fall, fail, move on, and repeat. What does make sense to her are friendships: loud, intrusive, unconditional friendships that meddle shamelessly in each other’s lives while pretending they don’t care. Around her is a circle of people with their own unfinished stories—best friends carrying secret crushes, half-buried regrets, and feelings they refuse to name. Some are forced into weddings they don’t want, some run from commitment like it’s a disease, and some swear they’re perfectly fine alone while clearly proving otherwise. Love, whether they like it or not, keeps circling back. When unexpected encounters and social chaos begin intertwining their lives, coincidences start feeling suspiciously like fate. One event leads to another—an awkward meeting, a public misunderstanding, a night that sparks gossip, and choices that can’t be taken back. Suddenly, emotions ripple across the group, affecting everyone, not just one couple. As friendships are tested, loyalties questioned, and carefully hidden truths come out, each character must face what they truly want—love, freedom, validation, or control. Because destiny doesn’t play favourites. It weaves stories together, pulls people into each other’s paths, and watches what happens when denial

Chapter 1:The Quiet Glance

Naishada's Pov🌷

"I Love you"

My friends and I are watching the new kdrama and we are finally in the episode where the hero finally confesses.

"WHY SHOULD HE DIE" Vanya screams at the TV while gasping for air ,while Isha wiper her eyes with tissue and passes one more to Vanya as she wipes her tissue with it I just look at them and laugh as they look like Racoons from the jungle.

"Well I guess I should go and sleep" I say while getting up from the sofa.

"Already " Vanya days,"Your office gives you holidays on Saturday mine gives me work,so I have to sleep and get up "

"Bhagwan tujhe aashirwad deta hai, jao supatri." Vanya' blesses me' while raising her palm like a baba.

(God gives you blessings my daughter)

Isha says "I gotta go too " and gets ready to leave.

"Good night people" I say and go to bed.

5:33 am~🌄

I try to roll out of bed and then sleep on the ground for another 10 mins then finally off that alarm before somebody gets a heart attack and then go and try to wake up Vanya .

"Vanya uth, chaar hazar ki class mein char din bhi hum nahi gaye hain.UTH"

(Vanya wake up, we paid 4 thousand and didn't even go 4 days. WAKE UP)

Finally we got ready and went to overpriced Pilates class that Vanya made me join for its aesthetics .

It was 7:30 am by the time we came back and now I quickly tried to get ready and after that I went to the kitchen where Vanya was there and we made our breakfast quickly and and my lunch as I rushed out the house in a hurry .

Elevate Marketing Co.~💻

Today I have an important meeting first thing in the morning and I can't be late, as I rush through the hallway I dash someone.

I quick apologize before entering into the meeting room and fortunetely i was right on time and the client did not arrive yet.

I try to catch my breath, when my office buddy and my one and only true guy bestie passes my water bottle .

"Aaj kon aa rahe hain?" I ask

(Who is comming today)

"AR solutions, they have developed a new digital platform where we can buy, resale and auction items".

He replies. I nod my head in agreement

Everybody stood up in nuance as the Project Head walks in.

Mr. Prakash Sharma, the Project Head, greeted everyone and formally opened the meeting. Just then, someone walked into the room.

And naturally, everyone glanced up.

Oh.

After so many days, I might have actually seen a good-looking guy standing in front of me.

Looks like Vanya’s aashirwad truly worked this time.

Soon, the meeting began. I stole a glance in his direction—purely to stay aware of my surroundings, of course.

I must say ,God really took His time making this specimen…...

or maybe I’m just ovulating.

His hair was thick, dark, and neatly maintained, paired with a clean stubble that suited him far too well. And his eyes—God, his eyes were beautiful.

I was lost admiring him when he suddenly caught me staring.

He looked at me.

I immediately acted like nothing had happened, pretending I was just glancing around the room before shifting my focus back to work—my face calm, my heart absolutely not.

After the Client's side of presentation was done, we discussed further details and finalized the deal.

Our enthusiastic Project head as always had to end the meeting with a speech to express his gratitude towards the client or whatever so he decided to express it for twenty minutes, by this time I really want to punch him in the head and then I realised my lip gloss is going to be over and I need money to buy it so I bared it .

As he was about to end it he went and thanked our client Mr Aarav Rhaghavendra.

This was just the first chapter, a little mundane, I know. But trust me—things are about to get interesting as we go along

until then,

Byee😄
