The home of every single life that lives there,over ths years scientist,religions and many others always ask the same question

In the city that never sleeps we could see a thing,building to building almost flying through the city,it is a bird? A plane? No it was a man...

Supe-i mean spiderman! The friendly neighborhood of new york
Considered as the pride of the city and the menace to some others,spiderman is the hero who protect the little guys and take care of the city while the avengers or fantastic four are out
Spiderman was also know as a loner hero,never part of a team or work with someone,just a few occasions but never forever
At least until this night,because by a simple action he did may change his life as he know
In may house
Spiderman was arriving through the window after a long day fighting crime
Spiderman(pov):okay aunt may,must be sleeping right now...god im tired as hell....but someone got to look for the little guys
???(pov):i agree as well mr.parker
Suddenly peter hear a voice and became despearate as he look at his surroundings but no one was there
???:calm down peter im no enemy
Spiderman:who are you!?!? (Shout in confuse and anger but not so loud)
???:just go outside peter,im next to a lamp post
Then with no other options he goes outside,wearing a hood to hide his face and just as the voice said a man was there waiting and for peter surprise he knew him

Charles xavier,the mutant that defend his kind and director of a school full of mutants
Peter:charles...xavier?
Charles:it seems i became famous on queens hehehe good night peter sorry if i scared you (with a kind smile to calm the tension)
Peter:well i always saw you on tv,but...what and how...?
Charles:as you see peter,mutants have special abilities even though i can't walk my mind can go much futher and that how i know you and your....activities (making peter surprise but also know his secret)
Peter:then...what you doing here? (Ask in confuse)
Charles:as you see peter,my job and dream is a world were both man and mutant kind can live as one,that why i create a special team know to you as x-men,but persons,like sentinels,mutant-haters and....magneto are always trying to stop us,i reunite and help every mutant that don't know how to use his powers and help them to accept and control just like you
Peter:wow that awesome mr.xavier but...im no mutant
Charles:you...are not mutant? (Ask in shock but remain calm)
Then peter explain his history to him and professor was fascinated by this reveal
Charles:amazing,so you have are mutated by a radioactive spider...that really something....
Peter:yes,im sorry professor but i no mutant to go to your school
Charles:quite contrary my boy,let me explain,on my search for mutants i use a helmet called "the cerebro" it amplify my telepath powers making see every mind in all world,and you was registred as a mutant
This make peter shocked,he was a mutant? He couldn't understand,but even if he is a mutant or not,the city no....his aunt still needs him
Peter:professor...even if im a mutant i can't go with you....this is my job and the city needs me and....(look down in sadness thinking about a certain person)
Charles:peter...once i look for you,sometimes by accident i can go way deep then i expect and....i see your past
This make peter silence and look at him in nervous and shock,after one year hiding his identity some telepath now know his history and whatever was on his mind
Charles:i...can not express how much pain yoy have been through,no one deserve to carry such thing like that...
Peter:that were you wrong...i deserve....i caused the death of my own family...
Charles:it wasn't your fault,i know i don't have no authority to make you think,but you are a true hero...
Peter became quiet for a moment,it was the first time someone ever said that since he was always called a menace
Charles:you may be treat like a menace in this city,but you also are a hero here and of course the mutants as well
Peter:really? am i popular with the mutant girls? (With a joker tone)
Charles:hehehe way more than you think boy...(nervous laugh making peter raise a eyebrow)
Charles:but change object,6 months ago do you remember helping a mutant boy?
Peter stay quiet for a moment and remember that time he was on patrol
Flashback
Spiderman was swing by and saw a little green guy being attack by a group of people
Mutant kid:please don't hurt leech!
Mutant hater:shut up you abomination!
Mutant hater 2:the world would be a better place without monster like you! (With a weapon ready to shot)
But before they could hurt him spiderman shoot a web to disarm him get between them
Spiderman:alright guys aren't you too old to bully a kid? (Say as being in front of leech to protect him)
Mutant hater1:out of the way spiderman,we are just going to save the city from a monster like him!
Mutant hater2:what are you a mutant lover!?!?!
Spiderman:no,im a person who don't judge someone by they look and kill childrens
Mutant hater:this no child it-*mouth shut by a web spiderman shoot*
Spiderman:yeah yeah,listen this kid,he is just like everyone else,he talk like us,walk like us,breath like us he is a human being like us and you guys wanna know something funny?
Spiderman:there another green guy in this city that destroyed almost half of the state but he is called a hero...but it amazing you guys can't act the same with a kid that just wanna have a life
Then spiderman swing away with leech on his back,leaving alone a bunch of people looking away in shame for the humiliation
But without knowing a few meters in distance a person was there hiding and recording everything that spiderman said
Flashback ends
In that day even j.j didn't complain since he was good to mutants and didn't saw them as a monsters
Peter:i was just doing the right thing i didn't know someone was recording
Charles:and that why im happy,when we saw that for a moment peter..for a moment the eyes of my students and x-men shine in hope,because they saw a chance,a chance for a better future (with a kind smile thanking the boy)
Peter was out words he didn't know he affect so much people like that but he is happy to inspire others
Peter:im glad professor im glad
Charles:peter listen,you are a great person and has potential to become something greater,i can help you with your aunt and school problems,please give us a chance
Peter was in doubt,he didn't want to leave new york and his aunt all alone,but he wanted to be more and better just like uncle ben said
Peter:i need a time....to process all fo this...
Charles:that all i want peted,then with no more to say,good night
Both leave the silence street and end a conversation that no one heard at least that what both think,after all in the shadows there is always something....sus

We see peter now on a taxi coming and arriving at big mansion

He get out of the car and as soon he step on the door,it open revealing charles with a big smile
Charles:welcome peter,glad you made your choice
Then peter with a small smile enter the door,but pity on him of not knowing what is waiting for him....
