Introduction
Hi! Welcome! Hello! Thank you so much for clicking on this story and deciding to give it a chance. Out of everything you could be doing right now—sleeping, scrolling endlessly, questioning your life choices—you chose this, and I genuinely appreciate that more than I can properly explain.
I started writing this story because I love isekai, fantasy, and “second chance at life” stories. Something about characters getting thrown into another world and having to rebuild themselves from nothing just hits different. But more than that, I wanted to write about healing, found family, trauma, growth, and learning how to believe in yourself again after life has absolutely bullied you for years.
Because let’s be honest: life does that sometimes.
This story is about power, magic, monsters, and cool fights—but it’s also about emotional scars, chosen family, and learning that you deserve good things even if you’ve been told your whole life that you don’t. If you relate to that even a little… yeah. Same.
Now. Important disclaimer.
This is my first public story.
Which means this is my first time bravely stepping onto the internet and saying:
“Hello. Please read the thing I made with my heart and soul. Please be gentle.”
So yes—this story is not perfect. There will be typos. There will be awkward sentences. There will be moments where I reread an old chapter and physically cringe. There will be scenes where I think, “Why did I write this at 3 a.m. and think it was a good idea?”
If you notice any mistakes, please feel free to point them out (kindly). I genuinely appreciate constructive feedback, and I really do try to fix things when I can. I want to grow as a writer, not stay trapped in my “oops that sentence makes no sense” era forever.
Another important confession:
I have an awful memory.
Like. Legendary. Horrendous. Embarrassing.
Sometimes I forget what I wrote two chapters ago. Sometimes I reread my own story and think, “Wait… when did that happen?” So yes, some small details might accidentally change or slightly contradict earlier chapters. I do my best to reread and edit, but my brain has a special talent for zoning out the moment I look at my own writing for too long.
It’s like:
Brain: “We are editing now.”
Also Brain: “What if we thought about random nonsense instead?”
So please bear with me. I promise I’m trying.
This story means a lot to me. It’s not just something I threw together—it’s something I’ve poured a lot of emotion into. A lot of late nights. A lot of overthinking. A lot of “wait, is this good or am I delusional?” moments.
My biggest hope is that this story makes you feel something.
Excitement. Comfort. Happiness. Sadness. Motivation. Emotional damage. Attachment to fictional characters that you will defend with your life.
All valid.
If you find yourself rooting for Renji, caring about Aoi, loving Tetsu, or yelling at your screen during intense moments, then I’ve succeeded.
Also, small warning: this story contains dark themes, trauma, and some heavy emotional moments. There will be pain. There will be suffering. There will be characters who deserved better. Please take care of yourself while reading, okay?
And yes.
This story also contains erotic elements.
So if you are not 18+…
Respectfully.
Politely.
With love.
What are you doing here???
Please go drink some water, finish your homework, touch some grass, and come back in a few years. This is a safe space for adults who enjoy fantasy, angst, and questionable fictional life choices.
Lastly, thank you.
Really. Truly.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for supporting my work. Thank you for leaving comments. Thank you for voting/liking/sharing. Thank you for sticking around even when updates are slow or chapters are long.
Every single bit of support means more to me than you probably realize.
This story is still growing.
And so am I.
I hope you’ll stay with me on this journey.
Welcome to the world of Renji, Aoi, Tetsu, chaos, trauma, magic, and found family.
I hope you enjoy the ride.
