Out of everyone in my family, I'm the odd one out, i'm the black sheep, La Diabla, The She-Devil, I'm the one you don't want to piss off, I'm the quiet one, the one who brings a gun to a fist fight, I'm dirty like that. I love my peace and if anyone tries to fuck with that peace they get eliminated real quick out of my life, i can hold a grudge for a long time and it's hard to get me to accept and understand you're reasons. My father never truly understood my taste in music and fashion and the way my personality is, he never quite knew what to do with me, but I am glad he came around because my looks have made people fear me, I don't come to fuck around when I am involved in a project, we go in, we get shit done and then i leave. I never had much growing up, my father only had three kids, me, my brother Javier and My Sister, his favorite Camila. My mother died the day that stupid gang took us out in Puerto Rico, she was a warning for us to pack up our shit and leave. It's a good thing we had connections because they welcomed us here in Hawaii, or so we thought.

My mother was everything to me, my dad doesn't really care much about me so i try to stay away from him as much as i can, i only ever visit my siblings but this morning I got an email saying we all had to meet up at the gentleman's club downtown, it's a secluded members only club for politicians, gangs and important people of " class ". I haven't seen my father in months, maybe even years and there's a reason for that, à reason he doesn't seem to want to acknowledge but it's whatever i got enough shit going on to deal with anymore of his neglect, but we are family and family must stick together that's the way it's always been and i gotta be there or else they won't even start, I could've chosen another path than this one but I'm just so good at being a villain, it's become an obsession really.

Kalei, my best friend who I met here on the island years and years ago, we sort of grew up together, both our fathers are mob bosses and we've had to spend lots and lots of time together, she's my rock, she's a badass bitch, her fighting skills are so great she actually beat her brother who happens to be my ex boyfriend, Kale, he's the green giant on steroids, a big Samoan 260 pounds of muscular man flesh, deep brown skin tone and no hair on that peanut sized head of his and if you're wondering why I'm such a bitch it's because he's a very persistent, possessive and annoying ass motherfucker, I broke up with him because of the constant fights and being apart so much and when we found out that i couldn't have kids and it's the reason why the three miscarriages happened, it tore me apart, it broke me, instead of him being supportive and comforting, he went behind my back and told everyone i was basically useless he said and i quote " being with a woman who can't give you children is a waste of time " he was drunk but there really isn't an excuse to say something like that as i lost three babies, it's not my fault. I wish I could've made him a father but i just don't have the capability of doing so and hearing that was the end for me, I ended it and he never took that lightly as he was just angry and never " meant " it but i like said I can hold a grudge and i don't forgive easily and what he said is unforgiveable.

I was meeting up with Kalei, at her house and had my chauffeur escort me to her front door step, i poured myself a glass of champagne as i was taken to her house, my father texted me out of nowhere asking me if I was coming to the meeting and how I was doing, i responded with I'm fine, thanks and yes. Once, I got to her house my chauffeur opened the door for me and i thanked him knocked on the door, Kalei let me inside and said hello to my driver before closing the door.

Kalei: What do you think this meeting is about ?

Nani: The sons of pele.

Kalei: Oh god, not them again.

Nani: Yeah, unfortunately dad asked me to check what was going on with our corners, they're taking out our cameras so they can sell on our turf, giving them the product cheaper but it's laced. Sometimes the product is fake and it's not actual drugs or it's fentanyl.

Kalei: We don't sell fentanyl for a reason. It can kill someone. What are they thinking ?

Nani: They've sent over 10 people to the hospital and 6 of them died. I had to do something about it and by tomorrow all their fucking cookhouses will be burnt to a crisp.

Kalei: You went there ? Are you insane ?

Nani: I didn't go alone. Your brother was there.

Kalei: Kale, went with you ? What is wrong with you both ? You could've gotten killed without us.

Nani: We had everything planned, and under control no worries. We could have but we didn't. Nobody got shot, nobody knew i was there and we brought back evidence to show y'all.

Kalei: You are absolutely out of your mind but i love you and I'm impressed.

Nani: I never disappoint and I love you too.

Kalei: You never disappoint and it makes me proud.

Nani: They want war, they'll get it. We've sacrificed everything for this, we've been through hell and the only one who rules there is me and I don't like sharing my throne. They killed people we cared for. I'm gonna watch them all burn and blow to pieces.

Kalei: You know i will never miss a good show. I'll be coming over we can have s'mores as the assholes burn in hell. Gotta ask you though ? Don't you feel like something is wrong within the company ?

Nani: Did you get a call ?

Kalei: I got an email actually.

Nani: He stayed anonymous, didn't he ?

Kalei: Yeah, he did.

Nani: I wonder if anyone else got that same message.

Kalei: Did kale mention anything ?

Nani: Yeah, he got delivered à letter. This person knows where we live, knows who we are and it's strange they would want to help us. I don't trust it but i also believe him. I feel like we have a rat and it bugs me not knowing who it is.

Kalei: We should ask them tonight, let me go get my purse and we can go.

Nani: Alright, I'll meet you in the car. * phone rings *

I looked at my screen and answered the call, it was KU. I made sure to trace the call and record it.

Nani: Hello.

Ku: Am I speaking to La Diabla ?

Nani: This is she, to whom do i owe the pleasure ?

Ku: I don't know if you remember me, my name is KU.

Nani: The ex fbi agent if i recall correctly ? Right ?

Ku: Yes, yes that is me.

Nani: How strange for you to be calling me.

Ku: I have a business proposition for you.

Nani: Oh, is that so ? You do know who i am right ?

Ku: Yes, i know who you are NANI AMARA CORTEZ. You are quite famous around the island, the queen of hell, Lucifer's twin is probably my favorite nickname. It's hilarious.

Nani: * giggles * They're very clever with those. My reputation does perceive me. You should know I work only for my family. I couldn't possibly say yes to something like that.

Ku: I am aware, i am asking you to consider looking at my proposal, i can use someone like you on my team, you are the best of the best and I couldn't want anyone else to do what you do. The sons of pele need you Diabla. You have a gift that needs to be used for the greater good. Your eye for violence and destruction really moves me. I emailed you, do not let them hold you back, it's not like they really care about you darling. You should be careful who you trust, one of them is one of us but you already knew that. Think about it and get back to me.

Nani: Thanks for the advice. I shall.

Ku: Good , good. Have a great rest of your day.

Nani: You as well. Adios. * hangs up *

Kalei: Who was that ?

Nani: Ku, the boss of the sons of pele.

Kalei: Is he seriously trying to recruit you ?

Nani: Yes, apparently he needs someone like me on his team. I happen to be the best of the best. I recorded everything don't worry. I'm showing them when we get there. Ku, used to be an FBI agent.

Kalei: The fucking detective who got caught tampering with evidence and case files to set criminals free ? The one who quite literally let the perpetrators go and pretended he didn't get there in time ? That ku ? That's who's behind all this ?!

Nani: Yeah, seems like it.

Kalei: Oh, for fucks sake.

Nani: Let's get going before we get there late.

Kalei: We are in for a major battle with them.

We both got in the car and talked as we drove over to the mansion, we all have our homes but when we are working together everyone lives together no questions asked, we cannot let them catch us in different places, we work as a team and we finish them as a family. I know for certain dad has asked for our people to bring in the drug dealers who got our shit stolen, we do not forgive mistakes, drugs cost money and if things are missing that's money out of our pockets we have to pay back to the suppliers, we sell our own weed and cocaine, but the heroin and guns and fire power that's all from our across the seas friends and we cannot have a single dime missing so people gotta die for those mistakes, that's just the way it is.

Kalei: Coming into our domain and claiming to want to take our place this is gonna be a bloodbath, god I'm gonna be so tired when this is all over. Messing with the company nobody does that. Crazy.

Nani: I can assure you, they can't win. They should back off now before this gets worse. You know me I won't stop until they're all dead. They need to pay in blood and sign their souls over to us.

Kalei: It's gonna be fun, I've been dying for a little action. They messed with the wrong family. I want no survivors, everyone dies including the rat, no excuses we get it done and that's it.

Nani: I couldn't agree with you more. Shoot first and ask questions later. Whoever it is shouldn't have betrayed us. We don't forgive betrayal. Family or not. That's one of the laws in the company, they know better.

Kalei: We built this company for a reason and a bunch of nobody's are not taking what we sacrificed blood and tears for. I rather die than let them take over. I'm not too happy about this rat. I'm not happy about any of this but hey it's exciting.

Nani: * smiles * We are such awful bitches but then again we are just daughters of à mob, all we know is business, violence and gambling. We've been handed the baton and when our fathers die we will take their place, continue their legacy.

Kalei: I'm ready for it I won't lie to you. I've been looking forward to this my entire life and I won't rule without you. I know your sister was the first candidate in his eyes but she's just not up to par, no offense.

Nani: You're not saying anything that isn't true. She's not as skilled as we are, she's an incredible thief, she's so good at convincing someone to hand over all their money but she's not built the way me and you are, she's not a leader and she never will be.

She's shown that and doesn't want it anyways.

Kalei: Have you gotten better at your fighting skills ?

Nani: Not the way you are. I'm a street fighter not exactly a professional one like yourself, all this wrestling and boxing truly has made you quite the she hulk.

Kalei: I am pretty strong and pretty good at what I do. Nobody does it better than my brother, he's taught me a lot and I look up to him. Which reminds me I have to ask.

Nani: We are not getting back together.

Kalei: Aren't you still married ?

Nani: Yeah, I still am and he doesn't want to divorce. It's hard to leave a mobster, they're very loyal and clingy and protective over you and than they say stupid shit and it makes you wonder if they even loved you at all.

Kalei: Such is the life of a mob wife. Men, suck.

Nani: Yeah, you have no idea.

Kalei: Oh, looks like we're here.

Nani: Great. Time to prepare myself for this circus.

As we approached the house and the car came to a stop the drive came around and opened the card door for us and held out his hands to help us both out, the driver was sent on their way for lunch and a long break until we were ready to leave again, he parked out back as usual and as soon as we walked in we could hear them going back and forth on the top floor, it was a gigantic two sided flight of stairs, as soon as we appeared all eyes were on us and we gave each other cheek to cheek kisses and hugs.

Francisco: Hola, mija. It's been awhile since I seen your face around here. I'm not complaining you do your job very well. We just miss you is all darling.

Nani: Hola, papa. I know it's been awhile but I've been busy and you know I don't like hanging around much. I do have a life outside of the company.

Francisco: You do but you also have a responsibility to come and say hi to your old man from time to time.

Nani: I'll try and come more often, dad.

Francisco: Good.

Kaimana: Don't forget about me. You may have come from his balls but you are my daughter as well.

Nani: Wow, I finally feel somewhat important around here. Y'all don't say another word. I'll get spoiled by it and expect every time I come through those doors this treatment.

Kaimana: You are more than you realize.

Kalei: I love the new haircut. It looks great, dad.

Kaimana: Thank you honey. Just Something new.

Kale: Alright, I'm here let's get this show on the road

Kalei: Not everyone is here yet, doofus.

Kale: We got things we gotta talk about.

Camila: I'm here sorry y'all i overslept and Javier and I were stuck in traffic he's on the way up. I was notified a moment ago that the sons of pele are sending out emails of recruitment to our family and our crew.

Nani: Yeah, they are. Ku, the leader of the sons of pele called me and emailed me a proposal now that you are all present i can play it for you.

Oliana: I don't mean to alarm anyone but one of our members got hit, the sons sent us a video, their faces are covered like cowards but let me forward it to the screen here. * turns on projector *

Camila: Why are they organizing hits ? This is complete bullshit. They can't just come in and start doing whatever they like.

Kaimana: Carrying out a hit on one of my best men. I don't think I'm going to take this lightly at all, whatever the message is they can go fuck themselves. I'm not letting them take over.

Francisco: You and me both brother.

Javier: Nani, are you out of your damn mind ?

Nani: The short answer is yes.

Javier: You placed bombas in there cookhouses ?!

Nani: Yup, the show will start tomorrow unless there is complications than i can just hit a button and blow it all to hell.

Francisco: What's going on ? What bombs and where ?

Kale: That's what we needed to talk about.

Javier: You're à fucking idiot! Do you know what would have happened if you got caught ? Do you know what can still happen kale ? This is dangerous for all of us. You did this without telling us first.

Kaimana: Actually, she did tell us. She emailed me and i gave them the go ahead. There is no reason for you to be angry or concerned. It's alright.

Francisco: Why was nothing mentioned ?

Kaimana: I've mentioned it now. We were planning this for months and I didn't want anyone to stop her.

Javier: I don't care, she could've been killed. We do this as a team.

Kaimana: And we did, all three of us for this family. Do not stand there and yell at me boy, don't forget who i am. Who you are speaking to. Stand the fuck down.

Francisco: Mijo, calmate. Por favor. There is no need to get hysterical, I know you're trying to protect her but she can protect herself.

Kalei: I was concerned about it too. She told me earlier but we needed to do something, I trust my father and I trust all of you to do what's best for us. If this was planned then so be it, we can't sit here and wait. We gotta act and we gotta do it fast.

Javier: I apologize for my outburst don. I just...I can't watch her get hurt. She's my sister you know. I would've liked to have known and be there and do something.

Kaimana: It's alright son, I understand but you gotta respect me. You know me I would never send you all in, if i don't trust you, you guys were busy doing your rounds as you should have and I chose who was available at this time, that's all. She's the best pyrotechnic we have.

Javier: Yeah, I know she is.

Nani: Give me a hug. I promise everything went ok.

Javier: * hugs her * I just get worried about you.

Camila: Is the bombs on a timer ?

Nani: Yes. Anything goes wrong , It'll be like the Fourth of July. The fuck with them and they'll blow to pieces. There's no way around it, I made sure of it.

Camila: and you're sure you weren't seen ?

Nani: I'm pretty sure. We hacked all their cameras and sneaked in. Nobody saw a thing, nobody even reported back anything suspicious, we've been listening.

Camila: Good, good.

Nani: You're certainly coming out of your shell. You never ask me about my adventures.

Camila: Yeah, well I've been getting followed. I'm a little on edge and I'm uncomfortable and I know it's them. I want to make sure they all get what's coming.

Francisco: You tell us this now Camila ?

Camila: I was waiting for everyone to finish talking.

Kaimana: Christ.

Kalei: I'm going to go downstairs and keep a look out

Kaimana: Alright. We'll fill you in when you get back

We watched Kalei walk out the door and then i noticed Camila's phone ringing and it went straight to voicemail, a text message popped up, saying " any updates, my love ? " it was kind of suspicious to me, who was Camila texting and what was it about, it made me very anxious and unfortunately i do not have any trust for anyone right now after we've been told there is a rat in the company so I stood up and grabbed on to my remote, i was ready to blow everything up.

Francisco: * grabs the walkie * Armando, please check the perimeter and make sure nobody is watching. Si vez à alguien matalo entiendes lo matas. No quiero excusas. OISTE ?

Armando: Si, senor. I'll do it right away.

Francisco: Good.

Camila: I made sure nobody was following. It's fine.

Francisco: Armando, tell Felipe to get the merchandise out of the house. We don't know if it's the sons or the fucking narcs, following Camila.

Oliana: Alright I got the shit up and running. Take a look at this. * plays the tape*

Nani: Wait! So, who's the man texting you ?

Camila: He texted me ?

Nani: Yes. Who is he Camila ?

Camila: It's just someone I'm seeing.

Nani: I ask because lately things have been weird.

Nani: Let me play the recording of my conversation with KU.

Oliana: Who is Ku ?

Nani: The Pendejo who runs the sons of pele.

Oliana: He called you ?

Nani: He wants to recruit me.

Kaimana: Excuse me ?

Nani: Yup.

I grabbed my phone and played the audio recording, everyone listened in and they were all so pissed, Camila had such a bitchy face about it and couldn't stop shaking her head, strange for her to get this involved and have an opinion or reaction, she must've finally realized that this shit is not a joke.

Francisco: Alright, I've heard enough.

I paused the recording and we all breathed in silently

Kaimana: The audacity he thinks he has calling you.

Nani: He got my number from somewhere. Someone gave it to him. I don't give out my personal information for a reason.

Javier: Now, that we have his number we should call him. We need to have a chat. He said one of us was one of them.

Kale: It doesn't make any sense, we are all a family. Who in here would betray us ? It would be stupid to put yourself first over the company.

Francisco: Whoever it is, we will find out.

Camila: Anyone have any suggestions on who ?

Javier: Do you ?

Camila: The only person who hates this family is Nani.

Nani: * laughs * Of course you would think it's me. I don't hate this family, i only hate one single person and I don't feel like fighting over it, so let's not mention names.

Javier: Let's not start pointing fingers. Whatever the issue you got with this person I'm sure can be resolved nani.

Francisco: Do you hate me that much ?

Nani: And how is that my fault ? * lights a cigarette* I haven't done anything and since you want to accuse me why don't we just get the party fucking started ? I'm not afraid to act out.

I searched in my pocket for the remote bombs, so I can hit the button and it will begin to detonate in 3 minutes.

Camila: What are you doing ?

Nani: Setting off the bombs.

I pulled my hand out and hit the button and she stood there looking at me with her eyes wide open and looking around like this was anything new.

Nani: Don't ever fucking accuse me puta. I do not come to play and you know that very well. They got less than 3 minutes until all their cookhouses blow into a million pieces. You're welcome. * smiles *

Camila: Good, let it all burn then.

Kaimana: You said it would be done tomorrow.

Nani: I changed my mind. I don't like being accused. Everything I do is for y'all, my loyalty lies with the company. I should also mention that I might have placed a few other bombs in other properties but they'll never find them. Be sure to let them know, so i can send them straight to hell. Fuck you, Camila.

Camila: Fuck you too, sis.

Francisco: Alright, that's enough. Ya Basta.

Oliana: This is the footage i was sent.

Oliana, showed us all the footage of them rolling up in their expensive cars and shooting out the cameras. One of our clients filmed the entire thing from his phone and sent it straight to us, they took all the merch and made him sell it for them, we understood he as threatened to be killed in front of his family. He gave them all the money leaving us without a dime off our own products. We had to do something and quick and while the bombs were about to detonate all you head across the islands was their cookhouses blowing up, burning up and burning down their walls, it was so loud that it made a couple cars in our lot start going off, the police were coming so we all decided to help out Felipe and the rest of the team and moving all our merchandise, guns and money from one safe to another, we sent them all out and made shit not look suspicious, i made Felipe take my remote bomb and i asked him to hide it as it was useless now, made sure he cleaned it properly and threw it in the ocean. They all got in the car and went separate ways and even cleaned out the dirty mess of dead bodies of people in our walk in fridge we replaced it with actual pigs and hunks of beef, you could hear the police sirens and the detectives and ambulances rolling down the street and of course detective pain in the ass was here to investigate as they had " reason " to believe the company was behind this attack, he had a warrant to enter our premises and search for illegal contraband. We didn't open the gate for him yet, he was blaring on his air horn and wouldn't shut the fuck up, we all looked at each other and swiped clean our phones and laptops, and placed everything in a flash drive and handed it to one of our colleagues and had him climb out of the house without being seen, they warned us they would be coming in whether we liked it or not and since we pretended we didn't see a warrant in his hand we just went about our business so they came gunsblazing, kicking down our doors and had Kalei laid out in the front with her hands behind her back, they pointed guns at us and surrounded us and asked us to put our hands in the air, Javier was knocked down and my dad came running and got him to stand there, i was looking at all of them flipping my bird at them because i do not give a fuck about no goddamn Pendejo pig, fuck out my house and my face. They immeidately put me on the ground and handcuffed me and me and my dad looked at each other as we both screamed out cuss words in Spanish.

Nani: Sueltame mama bicho!

Francisco: Get your hands off my daughter, cabron!

Kaimana: Y'all need to chill the fuck out!

Detective Burns: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Let's start by cooperating shall we. We have a warrant from the judge, to search these premises. We believe you might have some illegal guns, dirty money; you know the drill.

Francisco: We don't have nothing Pendejo.

Kaimana: You're not gonna find anything detective.

Detective Burns: We'll see about that.

Francisco: Instead of being here go check out those explosions. Go do your job cabron. We clean and you know it.

Detective Burns: There is nothing clean about the company. Let's be real here. You can't lie to me i know what you do.

Cop 1: We got nothing up here, sir.

Detective Burns: Nani Cortez. Nice to finally meet you. I've heard a lot of stories about you, the she devil right ?

Nani: Yeah, that's me. I wish i could say the same.

Detective Burns: I'm detective burns. I've been on the company's case for years. Your father has done time, all thanks to me yet I can't take all the credit. I have a team and i guess you can say we're like family. You know how that's like right ?

Nani: Look detective bacon, what do you want from me ?

He came up so close to my face, we almost touched lips, I was smiling and giggling in his face and he was staring me right in the eyes and searching through my pockets, patting me down all over my ass and found nothing and whispered...

Cop 4: there's nothing in the hard drives, it's clean. We got nothing.

Kale: I think this means you get the fuck up out of our house pigs. And you detective the next time you disrespect my wife...

Kale: * smiles * Don't disrespect my wife and we don't have problems. I'm not scared of you. You want to arrest me go ahead but you will not speak to her that way.

Kaimana: Kale! That's enough. Since you found nothing, get the fuck out of our house. You can ask for as many warrants as you like but we ain't got shit.

Francisco: I think it's best you leave detective. You got other shit to worry about. The sons of pele are out there committing atrocities and you investigating us.

Detective Burns: How do you know about the sons ?

Camila: They've been stalking us. Following us. Do your fucking job and put a stop to the actual criminals. Let go of me already! * snatches her arms back*

Cop 1: This was a waste of time again.

Cop 2: I think it's time to call it quits. They're clean.
