"Good semi-creepy start. The quiet forest part builds tension, and the yellow eyes reveal was okay. The report/transcript switch at the end is a cool touch and made me want to read more. I just wish the beginning was more natural and slower, it felt like it jumped into the event too fast. I’d rather see more build-up first, even another 1000 words, before things go wrong."
