"I am very glad I read this book. I found Mali to be a strong, loving and very much human and relatable character who I will remember for a long time. The characters in this book are fully fleshed out and all have unique personalities. Mali carries the weight of the world on her shoulders and is in full survival mode when she accepts the offer to spend three months in Alaska. Little does she know that an alpha male will recognize her as his mate. The restraint and determination he shows is admirable. The reinforcement of consent throughout the book is remarkable and beautiful. The reaction Mali has the first time he shifts is brutally honest and extremely well written. I would recommend this book to adults looking for an honest love story. Do be aware there are some spicy scenes involved. Personally I can’t wait to see what comes next from this talented author’s amazing imagination. "

"In a world like the one we live in, it is nice to read a story where men/shifters respect a woman’s autonomy over her body and choices. It truly was a refreshing story to read. Each chapter brought honesty forward and laid fear bare so choice could be made that did not compromise our protagonist decisions. Truly a refreshing ending. "

"Histoire sympa, mais trop de répétitions. Si vous devez enlever les repetitions temporelle et ne garder que l'avancement de l'histoire, il ne resterait pas grand chose. Un peu déçue également de la fin trop rapide. Il n'y a pas de suite concernant sa soeur. Je vais voir s'il y a une suite que je n'ai pas aperçu. Mais avoir une suite avec une soeur qui se rapproche et qui serait par exemple l'ame soeur d'Arthur serait génial !Enfin l'histoire était sympa."

"I REALLY wanted to love this book, and I did for several chapters while the FMC was mostly interacting with women. Unfortunately when the males came into the picture, the FMC turned into a raging wench that could not even hold a polite conversation. Absolutely intolerable character. So much potential in the plot so it’s a shame!"
