A LETTER FROM MY HEART.

Hi everyone 🤍

My name is Maya Dane, and this is my first time posting on Inkitt.

To be honest, it feels a little unreal. I’ve been writing quietly for a long time, but sharing something publicly is a completely different kind of fear. I’ve spent the past few months writing, rewriting, editing, and overthinking every chapter—because I wanted this story to feel as real and as emotional as possible.

English isn’t my first language, and sometimes I worry about whether my imagination will reach people the way it plays out in my head. But I also believe stories aren’t only about perfect words—they’re about emotions, characters, and moments that stay with you.

A lot of my inspiration comes from watching YA movies and series—the kind that make you laugh, ache, and fall in love with fictional characters like they’re real people. That’s the kind of story I wanted to create: something cinematic, heartfelt, and impossible to put down.

My dream is to become a published author one day. And I’m still learning how the publishing world works, so Inkitt feels like my first real step toward that dream—my starting point.

If you decide to read this story, thank you. Truly. It means more than I can explain.

And if you enjoy it, please don’t forget to vote, comment, and share your thoughts, because your support is what keep me motivated to finish what I started.

The first chapter will be up tomorrow, and I’m so excited to finally start sharing this world with you —see you tomorrow.

With love,

Maya Dane 🤍
