Chapter 1

Part 1 — The Project

My name is Teesha, and I’m a history student.

Today my professor gave us a project: research a powerful king from ancient India.

While digging through old records, one name kept appearing again and again — Harshavardhana.

The more I read, the more unsettled I felt.

A king who took the throne at just sixteen…

A ruler shaped by war, betrayal, and blood.

But one line in an ancient record stopped me cold:

"Some say the old palace still remembers its king."

Most people would call it a myth.

But tomorrow…

I’m going to that abandoned palace myself.

Because something about this story doesn’t feel like history.

It feels like a warning.

And somehow…

I have the strange feeling that the king I’m studying

has been waiting for someone to come back.📜 What if history isn’t just in books…

🏛️ but still breathing inside forgotten palaces?

✨ Tomorrow, Teesha walks into the palace of a forgotten king…

❓ But what do you think she will find there?

Part 2 — The Palace

The next day, I finally went to the place mentioned in the records.

The palace of the ancient king.

Standing in front of it felt strange.

The structure was enormous… old stone walls, broken gates, and silence everywhere.

It looked abandoned.

But somehow… it didn’t feel empty.

As I stepped inside, the air suddenly felt colder.

My footsteps echoed through the long corridors, and dust covered the ancient walls.

Paintings of warriors, queens, and royal battles surrounded me.

Then I saw it.

A huge portrait hanging at the end of the hall.

The king.

Harshavardhana.

I slowly walked closer.

He looked powerful… calm… and unbelievably handsome.

The artist had painted his eyes with such detail that it almost felt real.

Too real.

For a moment, I just stood there staring at the portrait.

And then a strange thought crossed my mind.

Why does it feel like he’s looking back at me?

I quickly looked away and tried to laugh it off.

“This place is just getting into my head,” I whispered.

But the moment I turned to leave…

A sudden chill ran down my spine.

Because I could swear—

I wasn’t alone in that palace anymore.

✨ Part 3 coming soon…

Something strange is about to happen in the palace.

And Teesha is about to discover

that some doors in history

should never be opened.

⏳ Part 3 — Coming very soon.
