Chapter 1: Meet him--the bold fanatic
The morning was crisp. A bit cold, but bearable. The cold breeze caressed my face and ruined the hair I worked on for at least 30 minutes this morning. I slowly walked to the giant building of hell, a.k.a school. Around me, there were people in pairs or small groups surrounding me. I was alone, but that never bothered me. Hey, hey reader, my name’s Ryker Tsukomo, I'm from Osaka, Japan and I’m turning 18 on the 14th of February. Not sure if your interested but, my hobbies are reading yaoi, drawing yaoi, and making yaoi fantasies, because yaoi is life. Today’s my first day at some prestigious school named Melbourne High. The uniform was quite formal and I honestly liked it. As I was near the school, I placed my hands in my pockets as I headed inside the main reception.
The receptionist was a short brunette-haired woman. She had wrinkles on her forehead and looked as if god had sprinkled freckles on her face. She waved at me with an (extremely) big smile.
“Hello!”, she chirped, “Are you new to the school?” She asked, her eyes sparkling with an energy that I desperately needed in the mornings. I nodded.
“Uh…I’m here to pick up my timetable and dormity keys?” I said-asked, my voice changing notes. The tips of her lips widened and she turned away from me to grab what I said, I assume.
“Do you know your Tutor group, yet?” She questioned me.
"Yes." I nodded
"What is it?" The lady continued.
“12G” I replied hastily.
“Darling, what's your Last name?”
“Tsukumo” She nodded and quickly grabbed the items of which I was in need of.
“Alrighty, here’s your stuff!” She exclaimed, holding the stuff out with both of her hands out. I mumbled a quiet thanks and headed out. She shouted something inchorherent–but I could tell it was positive, a farewell of some sort.
Minutes passed and I realised that I was stupid for not asking the office lady where I needed to go for my classes. I roamed the halls in multiple patterns, looking like a headless chicken. People stared at me, concerned, probably thinking–who the f*ck is this student, and what is he doing?? I could feel my face flushed, all hot and embarrassed.
THUD!
Ack! I fell down, ughh…My shoulder, I quickly held my shoulder as it wailed in pain. Who the heck bumped into me? And why are they so goddamn strong?
“Hey, watch where you’re going!” I yelled, but not as loud to attract the attention of others around us. I turned to face him, my dormity keys and timetable scattered around me. It was a bulky man–wait, is he even a high school student…? Sweat dribbled down my face, and my arms started to shake. Wait, knowledge is better than muscles, what am I doing on the floor! I gathered my belongings and stood up, raising my chest with my hands on my hips. I spoke in an unusually deep voice
“Hey babygirl…watchu doing bumping into…me?” I bit my lips and fluttered my hazel eyes–everyone around us laughed, wait, no–stop, I’m supposed to be nonchalant, I’m supposed to be the manliest man ever alive. It was clear that my stereotypical ‘nerdy’ cat eye glasses and messy hair (which were previously assaulted from the wind) weren’t helping at all against this fine shit–I mean just shit, crappy old bulky man who doesn’t look like a high schooler at all. But oh, I knew I was cooked as soon as his face went stoic. Like not even pretending to act cool-cool but he was like dead-deadass serious
Holy crap.
He inched closer to me, backing me into a locker, my neck was hurting from looking up at him. He placed his hand right beside my head. Everyone surrounding us was quiet–some were shocked, others were giggling.
“Listen here, you little twink.” His lips were centimetres close to my ear, I could feel his breath on it–it was warm and his breathing was hot…I stood stiff. Tightly holding my stuff together in front of my chest like the coffin position. He smelled so good--what was this sweet, tangy aroma from him? It made me hungry.
“Know your place. In this school, I rule, and you obey and stay quiet.” He whispered, loud enough for only me to hear. He moved slightly back and gazed into my eyes. His eyes were forest green, an odd shade of green-but it was still beautiful. It looked as if he had small stars sprinkled around his pupils, like those cute white orbs that Sailor moon or other old anime characters have, but not as exaggerated.
His face card defied the cuteness of his eyes. He was fine shit, literally Romeo 2.0, and I was right in front of him, devouring the view. For a good minute or two, it felt like it was the only two of us who existed in this world–until some idiot called the ‘bell’ decided to ruin the moment. He backed away with a cold look, my face felt hot despite his cold stare. Everyone around us dispersed into small little groups and headed towards their first period.
I quickly realised that I had no clue of where to go, wait I still have my timetable though. I followed what I had said previously–and I have Assembly first thing? It must be in the gym, but where exactly is the gym dude. I looked around to ask someone, but for some reason everyone avoided my gaze, ugh, wait I should try asking the guy I bumped into earlier
“W-wait!” I quickly rushed towards him and managed to grab his wrist. His face was clearly confused but it sprinkled a bit of anger (obviously because of what happened at least two seconds ago.) I didn’t want to ask him, but he was the only other person I knew–well, had an amazing experience with.
“What do you want you twink?”
