Dr. Night/Origins Pt. 1

Who are you? They said nothing an tried to quickly attack me. That’s when I grew scared an tried to runaway. Only for the third one to grab hold of me. That I quickly shook them before stumbling into the wall and suddenly found myself stumbling into my own room. It was then that I sat there on the floor an asked myself. What just happen?

Dr. Night/Origins Pt. 2

Unsure of what exactly happened to me. Yet alone how I got home so fast, which was impossible. Since it was still another fifteen minute walk. From where the three unknown figures attacked me. That I asked myself. Was I having a nightmare? It was not likely, since I was still within my clothes. Who was still very confused. While looking at the nearest wall with a shadow. That part of me grew very curious and decided to try something. As I slowly approach the shadow, lean down and somehow manage to crawl through it. An somehow found myself at the docks. Which was truly shocking. For somehow I’ve gained some strange impossible gift. While also noticing a wounded man nearby. Who was trying to call out for help. Until I rushed back to my office, grabbed my medical kit and hurried back to assist at once. Saving the strangers life. But also began testing this strange gift for a while. An decided to use it for the greater good.

Three days have already gone by. As I was currently using my secret gift to hurry an reach my patients faster then normal. But also made sure not to draw too much attention. Who was walking home one evening. An was about to use my powers to get home faster. When my eyes spotted a man trying to rob a women with a meat cleaver. It was then that I use my gift to cover my face with a dark shadow. Before I hurried over and caught the robber by surprise. Punching him pretty good until he finally fell down. That’s when she spoke to me while sounding scared. Who are you stranger? I only told her. A kind stranger. Who then left an disappeared from her sight. An soon ended up doing this for a while. To the point I’ve made it a personal secret line of work. Thus leading me to call myself, Dr. Night.

Dr. Night/Rocking Boat

I was on an evening walk near the water. Hoping to checkup on the 35 year old man who I had once saved, name Captain Afonso Fernandes. When my eyes noticed him with four other men. Who didn’t seem friendly. An seem to be causing him some trouble onboard his nearby small ship. With me quickly hurrying over there as they started beating him up. Until I hurried onboard and began fighting these mystery men. Smacking each one of them, while tossing one onto the wooden floor hard. As the other three came at me. Until using my gift to quickly dodge and then appear behind them. Before giving one a good kick to the rear before handling the other two. That were knocked down before helping the wounded captain out of here.

After getting Captain Afonso to safety. He faced me an spoke. While looking around to see if anyone was following us. It’s you, Dr. Night. With me replying in this deep voice. Tell me sailor. Who were those men back there? He spoke. They were once members of my crew. Until something drove them to mutiny. An were planning to give me a watery grave. This sounded pretty serious as I asked him. Do you know why. They want you dead? He spoke. Not by the slightest idea. Understanding him I now spoke. Go find somewhere safe to hide. While I get some answers from these men. Who saw me walk back towards his ship. In hopes of getting myself some clues.

Hurrying back towards the small vessel before any of the guards arrived. I spotted one of them trying to leave here. Until quickly grabbing the man an smacked him against a barrel full of water an spoke. Tell me. Why did you men attacked Captain Afonso. Rather then answer me. He spit at my shirt. With me quickly punching him with my left fist an spoke in an angry voice. I said why?! He spoke. I’m telling you nothing. Who grew mad an grabbed his head. Before slamming it into the water an held it there for a short amount of time. Before pulling his head upward an spoke. I’ll ask you again. Why did you attack Captain Afonso? The man now seem scared as he finally spoke. We’re being paid. To get rid of him. I now asked. By who? When trouble suddenly appeared.

Looking towards my left I could see five armed guards coming this way. Causing me to quickly try an use my powers to get us both out of here. But it didn’t work. With one of the guards spotting us an shouting. Who’s over there?! That’s when I toss the mutineer aside and quickly disappear within the shadows and appeared on a street corner a short distance away. Who stood there and thought to myself. Now that I know. Why they betrayed their captain. I must find out. Who’s responsible and stop them. Before this evil stranger goes after him again. Before leaving the area right away.

As I was trying to figure out who was behind the attack on Captain Afonso. It was elsewhere that the escaped Mutineers were listening to a mysterious female figure, standing within a dark corner. While holding a fan over their face. Speak to them in anger. What do you mean you’ve failed?! With one of them answering back. It’s not our fault. For Dr. Night suddenly appeared an wrecked the plan. Hearing this he reply. So the mystery hero. Has come to the captains aid. Which made the villain begin thinking and soon speak. Then we must deal with him. Before he ruins everything.

Needing more answers on whoever is trying to get rid of Captain Afonso. I decided to visit the prison and used my powers. To slip past the guards an began quickly searching around. Until finding the imprison mutineer. Who looked at me in fear and confusion as he spoke. How did you get in here? With me replying. That’s the least of your worries. Who used my powers to get in there an then slammed him into a left wall before speaking in anger. Tell me who hired you now. Before I toss you into the darkness. Where you’ll never see light again. Fearing this he spoke. It was a women, name Mrs. Feather. With me now asking. Why?! That’s when he spilled the beans. She needs his ship. To transport a large number of stolen guns to Spain. An make profit off of it. With that said I knocked him out. Before quickly leaving the prison and hurried to the docks. In order to protect Captain Afonso.

Keeping a close eye on the dock for the next two days. I couldn’t see any signs of the mutineers. While also noticing Captain Afonso being fine. Which was good to see. Until spotting them, along with four others. Armed with flintlock pistols, daggers and swords. While also seeing no signs of the guards. Who could only assume that they’ve been bribed. An had his new crewmen tie up the mutineers. Before I personally went after their boss.

Following the directions given to me by the captured mutineer. I soon found myself at a women’s dress store. Where I easily slipped inside an began searching for Mrs. Feather. When I suddenly heard the sound of a readied flintlock pistol and a women speak. Unless you want a hole. Where it doesn’t belong. I did what she said before speaking. Tell me Mrs. Feather.
