I’m here again with another journey :
Destiny Series 2: “A storm cloud. A fearless sun. One destiny.”
“His Sunshine, Her Calm” — A storm finds its calm.
Before you dive in, let me clear a few things to avoid any confusion.
Yes — I have changed the title.
Earlier, it was called ”Ray of Destiny.”
Now, it’s decided—officially titled“His Sunshine, Her Calm.”
Why did I change?
Every story in the destiny series carries a unique name, one that reflects the couple itself.Ray of Destinywas strong, but as I went deeper into Rithvik and Yarisha’s journey, I realized it didn’t fully represent their bond, their story.
So I named them for who they are to each other.He is her calm.She is his Sunshine.
That’s howHis Sunshine, Her calmwas born.
This title is what stayed with me, what truly fitsRithvik and Yarisha. So I chose to trust my instinct and go with what came naturally to my mind and heart.
This story will gently fold in theculture of South India, which will unfold in the story.
This story believes beauty lives in detail.In simplicity.In the way two souls slowly learn from each other — without rush, without drama.
It’s not just a love story.It’s a feeling.Wrapped in warmth, culture, and a lot of quiet smiles.
Why did it take me so long?Because this story needs me to step out of my own comfort shell. My earlier stories had familiar characters, cultures, and setups that belonged to me.
"HS & HC”is different.Rithvik Oberoi is different.His silence, his character, his journey... it all demands something new, something I haven’t written before.
And Yarisha “urf-Arisha,”she deserves the same care.So I want to write this story with patience, honesty, and love, making sure it feels as special as the characters themselves.
And one more thing...This story isnotabout an arrogant, rude male lead. That’s a trope I’ve never followed and never will.
Yes, my heroes can be grumpy, reserved, or silent—but never disrespectful to the female lead.
Because for me, a love story is not about breaking the heroine down, it’s about how two very different souls slowly meet, understand, and balance each other.
Rithvik Oberoiisnota mafia man.
He is a CEO.
He has influence and connections, but only when needed — not underground, not illegal, not glorified violence.
My writing has always been soft, slow, emotional, stories where love blooms in silence, respect, and little moments.
This story has:
● No dark romance.
● No mature content.
● Just soft, slow-blooming romance.
●Unspoken feelings, quiet moments, and gentle silences.
You might wonder about violence or vulgar language.
Violence, if it appears at all, will be very limited and only when the story truly needs it.
Now aboutstrong words...hmm, I can say it’s going to be intresting.Instead of harsh words, you’ll seecreative spellings or funny replacements.
I hope you smile instead of minding it. This is just how I’m going to write, soft, careful, and within my comfort zone.
And trust me, emotions don’t need bad words to feel real anyway. Right?
Also, as you’ve already seen in the description,Yarisha is a bold girl. She flirts. A lot. With her husband. Shamelessly.
And no, that has nothing to do with me. That’s her character. That’s how I built her.
Hum real life mein flirt na karein... toh kya hua? Fiction mein toh karwa hi sakte hain na.
So trust me on this, the story won’t be boring. Multiple couples jo hain. It’s going to be emotional, yes. But it’s also funny, warm, and full of little moments that make you smile.
I’ve planned this story witha lotof thoughts. So, I need your immense support.
It isn’t a religious story, and it doesn’t aim to degrade any community. It’s simplyfictional, a reflection of emotions, of judgments, of the things we sometimes say only in silence.
And if, at any point, any scene feels familiar,please know it’s just coincidence.Every word here is written with my imagination, my heart, my experiences.
