Chapter 1 It’s beginning again

The sky over Goa was deep blue. The air carried the salty smell of the ocean, and the city lights stretched far into the distance.

On the top floor of the tallest building, a young man was sleeping deeply.

His name was Sagar Singh.

Around twenty-seven years old. Six feet tall. Fair complexion. Dark brown hair falling slightly over his eyes, giving him a mysterious look. A light beard and sharp features that naturally drew attention.

The night was silent.

But his mind was not.

Even in his sleep, Sagar was restless.

In his dream…

He was underwater.

Everything around him was calm and blue.

And in front of him… was a girl.

Her hand was in his—soft, delicate, yet full of trust.

Sagar smiled.

But suddenly… something changed.

The girl slowly pulled her hand away and started moving back.

Her hair covered her face. He couldn’t see her clearly.

Sagar panicked.

“Wait… don’t go!”

The water currents became stronger. His voice drowned.

And suddenly—

His eyes opened.

Sagar sat up, breathing heavily.

The room was dimly lit. Cold air from the AC filled the space. Sweat covered his forehead.

He held his head, trying to understand.

“Why does this dream keep coming back…?”

“And why does it feel like… someone close to me is leaving?”

After a while, Sagar got ready.

Standing in front of the mirror, his thoughts were still stuck on that girl.

“Who are you…?”

“Why do you appear in every dream?”

He whispered to himself.

His phone rang.

“Yeah, I’m coming,” he said quickly and walked out of the room.

At the office…

Sagar sat at his desk in a high-rise building. Multiple project files were open on his screen.

A knock came on the door.

“Come in,” he said.

A young foreign employee entered.

Before he could speak, Sagar’s assistant Trisha walked in.

“Sir, I’ve collected all the information from the team. You’ll get the full report two hours before the meeting.”

Sagar nodded slightly.

“Good. I want everything perfect.”

“No problem, sir,” Trisha replied confidently and left.

The entire day passed in work.

By evening, when the office was almost empty, Sagar walked out and got into his car.

Today, he was leaving the city.

He was going to his village… where his grandparents lived.

The road ran along the sea.

Night had fallen. The air was cool. Ocean waves reflected in the car lights.

Sagar opened the car roof, turned on the music, and looked up at the sky.

The full moon was shining.

But then…

He heard something.

A voice.

Soft… sweet… like a girl singing.

Sagar turned off the music.

The sound became clearer.

He stopped the car and walked toward the direction of the voice.

After a few steps, he reached a beach.

Moonlight covered everything—the sea, the rocks, the waves.

The waves came and went, as if calling someone.

Sagar looked around.

But suddenly—

The voice stopped.

Silence.

Only the sound of the ocean remained.

He stood there for a moment… then turned back toward his car.

But as his car drove away…

A mysterious girl sat on a rock in the sea, watching him.

Her eyes were deep blue.

There was a faint sadness in them.

As if she knew him…

But couldn’t call out to him.

She looked up at the moon—

And pain flickered in her eyes.

After some time, Sagar’s car stopped in front of a large, old mansion.

This was his grandparents’ house.

An old servant came outside.

“Sir, the master and madam have gone to sleep. Your room is ready.”

Sagar nodded and went inside.

In his room, he stood by the window.

The ocean was still visible in the distance.

He sat on the bed and whispered softly—

“Who are you…?”

“You come in my dreams… but never in front of me.”

Slowly, his eyes closed again.

Morning light entered the room.

Birds were chirping. The air felt fresh.

Sagar stepped outside.

In the courtyard, his grandfather, Shankar Prasad Singh, was reading a newspaper.

Sagar bent down and touched his feet.

“How are you, Bade Dada ji?”

Shankar Singh smiled, hugged him, and said—

“Now that I’ve seen you… I’m perfectly fine.”

A voice came from behind—

“Our Sagar is here!”

His grandmother, Gauri Devi, walked in smiling, wearing a green saree.

She placed her hand on his head.

“How are you, my child?”

Sagar laughed.

“Dadi, today you’re looking like a heroine.”

She lightly scolded him.

“You started teasing me already?”

Just then, his younger grandmother, Megha ji, came out.

Sagar touched her feet.

“How are you, Chhoti Dadi?”

“I’m fine, beta. Go freshen up, breakfast is ready. And where are your two lovely sisters?”

Sagar smiled.

“They’ll be here soon.”

After some time, while everyone was having breakfast, the sound of a car stopping came from outside.

All their faces lit up.

“They’re here!” Dadi said.

Everyone looked toward the door.

At the same time…

Far out in the sea, a speedboat moved rapidly.

An Italian young man stood on it, holding an old chest tightly.

His face showed urgency… like he was racing against time.

He stopped the boat and released a gas into the air.

Slowly, the smoke cleared.

And in front of him…

An invisible island began to appear.

He stepped onto the island.

Walking through dense trees and rocks, he stopped in front of a large mountain.

He placed his hand on the surface.

A vibration passed through it.

The stone split into two.

Inside were two large metallic doors.

He entered.

An eye scan activated.

The lift started moving upward.

After a few seconds…

The doors opened.

A high-tech laboratory stood in front of him.

Bright white lights. Advanced machines. Glass-like walls.

Everything looked new.

As if it had just been built.

The Italian man carefully placed the chest.

He entered a password.

One by one, the machines started activating.

On the screen, a blue wave pattern appeared—like digital water.

His eyes lit up.

He whispered slowly—

“It’s beginning again.”
