Strong tension and great slow-burn start

"I really enjoyed the first chapters of this story so far. The tension between Hunter and Rex is very strong, and the slow-burn dynamic makes the story interesting to read. I like how the author focuses on loyalty, control, and emotional pressure instead of rushing the relationship. The training and fight scenes feel intense and realistic, and the dialogue keeps the characters feeling alive. The dark atmosphere fits the story well, and it makes me curious to see how their relationship will develop in the next chapters. This has a lot of potential and I’m looking forward to more. One small thing I would like to see more of in future chapters is a bit more insight into the characters’ thoughts and emotions, especially during the intense training and fight scenes.
