Chapter 1 Betrayal
"I think he will propose today" Came a sweet an excited voice of a beautiful lady. Her face was exquisite to look at.
She had a beautiful smile. At school she was considered the goddess of all the male students.
It was the sweet voice of Livy. They had just finished their calculus lesson heading towards the gate since drake was taking them for lunch.
“do you think so… “asked Elle shyly as she stared at drake who had just got out of the car.
This was the guy sheloved since she was young. He was her first crush and now he was her boyfriend.
Unlike Livy, Elle was a low profile. She never fancied socializing nor did she like making herself up.
She always maintained hernatural appearance and to those who truly appreciated her, she was a natural beauty.
Now looking at drake whowas facing both girls, she felt shy yet excited.
“would he propose to me…“she wondered to herself.
“hey drake… .. shouted Livy as she rushed into his embrace “ this was no surprise since Livy and Elle were best friends and hugging her boyfriend was okay.
Drake embraced Livy for quite some time as though he dint want to let her go but he was interrupted.
“mind if I cut in the embrace…. “ Elle uttered shyly as she held drakes hand.
“of course my love… “
After some time, they all entered the car and drove off.
Elle sat in the back seat with Livy in the CO pilot seat since she had begged Elle to let her seat infront.
Elle and Livy had been best friends since kindergarten.
They met on the first day that Elle was taken to school and having faced some bullying, Livy came to her rescue and since then they became friends.
Even when Elle’s father passed on, she had Livy by her side.They were practically sisters.
Today was a great day forher. It was her birthday day and she was hopping that drake would propose to her as Livy had mentioned.
She looked in front atthe man in the passenger’s seat and she was really happy that it was him who she had given her heart.
