Chapter 1 THE BALANCE

Blood and chaos were everywhere.

The ambition of two brothers drowned out the screams of people and the smell of blood.

But what caused all this chaos?

1964.

(This universe was not technologically advanced like ours. It was more like the medieval age.)

A father had two sons. But this father possessed immense power—so great that he divided it between them.

One of the sons was named Waia’idi Waia. He was older than his brother—ambitious, hyperactive, and full of energy. He loved his rabbit, Buddy, deeply. Waia was three years older, with blue eyes, fair skin, blond hair, and extremely wavy hair.

The other brother, Judas, was taller and thinner, with fair skin and light brown hair. He was calm, logical, and thoughtful.

Their father, Riop, was old-fashioned and kind-hearted. He was elderly and slightly overweight, a man who believed in goodness.

One day, when Judas was 8 and Waia was 11, they were playing ball in the garden. Suddenly, Judas accidentally threw the ball into the Qexy Forest—a place their father had forbidden them to enter. Riop had lost their mother, Aireya, there.

Judas began to cry.

“I want my ball… I want my ball…”

Waia, feeling sorry for him, said:

“Okay. I promise I’ll get it back.”

Waia ran into the forest and found the ball. It had stopped beside a mysterious plant. He picked it up… and suddenly fainted.

Two hours later, he woke up. His father was helping him with medicine. But something had changed. Waia’s eyes had darkened… and it felt like a voice was inside him.

“Kill your father… kill him… kill your brother… it’s his fault… revenge… revenge…”

Waia didn’t know what to do.

Judas, blaming himself for everything, cried in guilt.

“This is my fault…”

Weeks passed. Waia, now with completely black eyes, was afraid. One night, he ran away—taking his rabbit Buddy with him.

Riop understood what was happening. Trying to stay calm, he told Judas:

“Don’t be afraid, my son… your brother will return one day. I believe it.”

Two weeks later, Waia, starving in the forest, encountered a creature: Evologh.

Evologh was a monster that devoured young humans, taking on an angel-like form to manipulate them.

“Come here, child… let me see you,” Evologh said—then noticed Waia’s black eyes.

At first, it was surprised… then it smiled.

“So… it’s you.”

Waia asked,

“How do I silence the voices in my head?”

Evologh grinned.

“You don’t need to silence them… you need to release them. Take your rabbit and come to my cave.”

Inside the cave, Evologh suddenly said:

“If you don’t crush that rabbit with this stone… I’ll slit your throat.”

Waia hesitated.

“What? But my father said killing animals is wrong… goodness is what matters! And he’s my Buddy!”

Evologh struck him with lightning, forcing him.

In the end… Waia killed Buddy.

Seventy-three blows with a stone.

And then… he ate it.

At that moment, he tasted pure evil.

Hours later, regret faded—replaced by hatred and rage. In his mind, everything was his brother’s fault.

Evologh began training him in YIPO, a chaotic and dark fighting style. Its techniques included:

Black Kiro (a paralyzing energy)

Ainiku (throwing blade-like attacks)

And many unpredictable moves

Meanwhile, Riop felt something was wrong. A voice inside him told him to train Judas.

So he taught him AQI, a disciplined martial art focused on justice and balance. It included:

Healing techniques (Etoxy)

Powerful energy blasts

Precise combat skills

Nine years later…

Evologh said:

“You are ready.”

“Your first target: Ken City.”

Waia went… and destroyed the entire city. Not a single life remained.

At the scene, he wrote:

“Waia is coming for revenge. J.”

Judas learned the truth and ran to his father.

“Father… my brother… he destroyed a city…”

Riop couldn’t handle it. He suffered a heart attack.

With his last breath, he said:

“Judas… you are my only hope…”

Judas cried… and prepared himself. He knew the next target: Ester City.

He ran there—and found Waia.

As Judas swung his sword, Waia dodged with a backflip.

The battle began.

Their powers were equal. The clash caused massive destruction.

Waia shouted:

“This is your fault! Everything happened because of you!”

Judas cried:

“Brother… I’m sorry… please, I don’t want to fight!”

“Liar!” Waia yelled. “You always envied me! Now die!”

Waia struck him with Kiro. Judas collapsed, paralyzed.

Then… Waia tore his brother in half.

But Judas didn’t die. He was still alive… suffering.

As Waia mocked him, flames flickered…

From the shadows, Evologh appeared.

He struck Judas with lightning.

“BROTHER… HELP…” Judas screamed.

For a moment… Waia’s eyes returned to normal.

He remembered his childhood. His good memories.

He looked at the sky.

“What have I done…?”

Then, filled with rage, he turned to Evologh.

“STOP!”

Before Evologh could react—Waia tore his head off.

“You are like this because of me!” Evologh said as he died.

Waia ignored him.

He touched the ashes of Judas…

But Judas was gone.

Dead.

Waia looked at the sky and said:

“I have no brother… no father… no mother…

But now… I have balance.”
