A Mysterious Call..
The Bright family lived in their palace in peace, happiness, and comfort, and honestly it felt like nothing could ever go wrong there, like everything had finally worked out the way it was supposed to, and sometimes it even felt a little unreal, like a dream that just decided to stay, because all of them had been through so much before ending up here together in Planttopia, and now that they were finally all in one place it just felt right, like this was always meant to happen, especially for Cata, because she had actually achieved her dreams and built a life she loved, living in a luxurious palace and being surrounded by the people she cared about the most, and the best part was that she was reunited with her sister Cato, who had also reached her own dream in a completely different way, becoming a warrior and actually getting stronger over time, even though she used to be really clumsy before, and now she wasn’t perfect or anything but she was definitely better, and way more confident, and she even discovered she had light powers after a certain mission… (ask for it!) aand then there was Alice, Cata’s best friend, who honestly felt more like a sister at this point, especially after everything she went through with her evil uncle, and now that he was gone and she was finally safe she got to live peacefully too, and she fit into their life so easily like she had always been part of it, and even discovered that she had blue star powers that worked like Cata’s but in more matters like cooking, and of course Pinky, who was Cato’s best friend, learned how important strength really was and didn’t just rely on others anymore, and together they all learned how to fight side by side, not just physically but in every way that mattered, and she occasionally interacted with Smokey and met with Rose.
They kind of ended up splitting into two duos, not in a bad way or anything but just because of what each of them preferred, so Cata and Alice were the ones who didn’t really like fighting that much and instead focused on spreading happiness and making peace actually feel meaningful instead of just something people say, they liked creating things and making others feel safe in a softer way, while Cato and Pinky were more on the fighting side, the ones who would go out and defend the world when something went wrong, and both sides were important in their own way, because without peace there’s nothing to protect and without protection peace wouldn’t last, and Ice helped Cato a lot when it came to fighting stronger enemies, especially in places like the Wither Kingdom and the evil Emerald City, while Pinky worked more with Smokey, focusing on the Wolf Kingdom and dealing with the dangerous guilds in the Dog Kingdom, so everyone had their own role and it all somehow worked perfectly together, like a page in a fairytale book:
Their days stayed like that for a long time, calm and happy, and honestly a bit repetitive but in a good way, like the kind of routine you don’t get tired of, because Cata spent her time doing all kinds of hobbies, like arts, designing, knitting, and just creating anything she felt like, and Alice was always doing something creative too, like art, cooking, and baking, and they would always teach each other new things without even thinking about it, like it just happened naturally, while Cato and Pinky would train, go on little adventures in safe forests and caves, and collect precious items that they found along the way, and even though their lives were different they always came back together at the end of the day, laughing, talking, and just enjoying being around each other, and it felt like it would stay like that forever.
But then there was that one day, a really specific day that felt normal at first but actually wasn’t at all, March 25, 7112 and it was like something invisible just decided to mess with everything, because out of nowhere they all started hearing this lullaby in their heads, and at first it was just kinda there, like easy to ignore, but then it kept repeating over and over again until it got really annoying, and none of them knew where it was coming from, and they all tried to just go on with their day but it was hard, and eventually they ended up talking about it, mostly because they didn’t know what else to say and it was too weird to just ignore, and when they realized they were all hearing the same thing it made it even more confusing, and also kind of concerning, because what are the chances of that even happening, and the rest of the day just felt off, like something was wrong but they couldn’t figure out what, and that feeling stayed with them all the way until night.
When they finally fell asleep, that’s when things got even weirder, because they all had the same dream, or at least it felt like the same dream, and they were all at this huge ocean called Aworloss Ocean, even though none of them had ever seen it before, and it didn’t look normal at all, the water was glowing in this soft magical way and there were fish swimming under it that didn’t even look real, like they were made of light or something, and then the lullaby started playing again but this time it was coming from under the water, not just in their heads, and for some reason they all just knew they had to go in, so they swam down deeper and deeper until they found each other in the same place, like they were all being guided there, and then they saw it, this bright glowing pearl rising up slowly from below, and it was shining so much that it was almost hard to look at, and right when it got close to them everything suddenly ended and they woke up.
They all woke up feeling the same thing, confused but also weirdly sure that the dream meant something, and without even needing to explain too much they all agreed on one thing, they had to find that ocean, because there was no way all of that was just random, so the next step was figuring out if Aworloss Ocean was even real, and they started asking people about it, and most people had no idea what they were talking about, but a few did recognize the name, even if they didn’t think it was important, saying it was some unknown ocean that nobody really cared about, and that it was located all the way at the north pole, which honestly made things more difficult but also more real, and some people even offered them water breath rings just in case, which they accepted because at this point anything was possible.
The trip there took two days of sailing, and it wasn’t easy but it also wasn’t boring, it just felt like they were getting closer to something big, something they didn’t fully understand yet, and when they finally reached the ocean, they could feel it immediately, like this was the same place from the dream, and then they heard it again, the lullaby, but this time it wasn’t in their heads at all, it was actually coming from deep under the water, and they all looked at each other for a moment before agreeing without even needing to say much, and then together they jumped into the ocean, ready to find out what was waiting for them beneath it.
They all jumped into the ocean at the same time, and the moment they went under it didn’t feel like normal water at all, it felt like stepping into something magical that was alive in its own way, the ocean was glowing softly and everything around them moved so gently yet so beautifully, fish flowed past them in shimmering waves, their bodies catching the sunlight that slipped through the surface and scattered into glowing pieces across the gems resting on the ocean floor, making everything shine in soft rainbow colors mixed with the calm blue of the ocean, and some of the creatures didn’t even look like fish, they looked like tiny fairies and butterflies drifting through the water with long flowing tails and delicate arms that shimmered like dresses, moving so gracefully it almost felt unreal… and around them there were flowers blooming underwater in colors that didn’t feel possible, soft rainbow petals opening and closing slowly as if they were breathing, and for a moment it was so beautiful that it almost made them forget everything else…
