"Wow! What a story. The intensity of Cruz, the determination and growth of Beatrix. The added twist with the Aussie neighbour was annoying but perfect. The conflicting emotions of the storyline evoked in me, the reader, were felt big time. A few repeated paragraphs within but nothing some solid editing would only improve. Powerful ending."
