Definitions:

Werewolf: A massive, immortal wolf that walks on four paws.

Lycan: A massive, immortal wolf-like beast that walks on two legs.

Crimson Wolf: A form of werewolf who wields fire magic with deep red, crimson-colored eyes.

Goddess Blessed Wolves: Shifters who die, and the Moon Goddess, Selene, sends back with enhanced abilities and connections to her to fulfill a purpose.

Old World: Eden, sister planet to Earth. It has two moons, Alpha and Lycaon. This is where Lycans and a type of werewolf known as Alphas originated.

The Crossing: The mass migration of supernatural races to Earth from Eden, which allowed the innocent beings of Eden a chance to flee and avoid mass genocide during the Scorch Wars. These beings were liberated when the last remaining Guardian Angel of Eden opened portals to Earth in 1870.

The Guardians: A military operation led by the Guardian Angels of Earth, consisting of all supernatural races.

Moonborn Pack: A military operation and the largest wolf pack located in the state of Oregon, aiding North American werewolves in need.

Broken Stone Portal: One of the last remaining open portals connecting Eden and Earth, ruled by the Wolf Demigod, Ezekial, and guarded by the Moonborn Pack.

The Dragon Empire: A supernatural safe place owned by the dragon shifters, where supernaturals are granted housing and protection at the cost of their servitude in a magical binding contract. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and consisting of large supernatural hotels, casinos, fight pits, a brothel, and clubs.

Werewolf Ranks (Highest to lowest): Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Omega

Werewolf Naming: A person’s first name is their human side’s given name, and their middle name is the wolf’s given name.

Fated Mate Bonds: A gift from the Moon Goddess, Selene, to any werewolf or lycan born on Earth under her moon. A werewolf or lycan can sense their fated mate when they turn eighteen and their animal awakens. At any age, someone may feel that their fated tie to another has ended, whether through their mate choosing another or through death. It causes a small sensation in the chest and a soul-deep knowing that they are no longer connected to another.
