Long Way Home

"An immensely thought-provoking, brilliantly written fantastic story. Although featuring the very heavy topic of race , discrimination and in this particular instance an interracial relationship, the author did an extraordinary job of keeping this story lighthearted, humorous and entertaining . While simultaneously challenges our perspectives , beliefs and encourages reflections on what can only be described as a polarizing topic more often than not .All while managing to provide her readers with a drama filled , steamy, hot 🔥 🥵 😍 erotic novel that practically burns 🔥 🔥 😀 the pages it was written on. In addition, let us not forget the list of incredibly outstanding characters, some of whom can only be described as sex on legs! 😆 Over all an amazing job by this author, congratulations 🎊 👏🏽 are definitely deserving. Very good

"One of the best stories i have read in the last years. A salt-of-the-earth man like Dawson is rare in Real Life, and Micaela is written so good and real it could make the world a better place if everyone would read this and take it to their hearts. I would pay 20 € for a print, despite some smaller logic errors."

More Than Just a Road Trip

"The Long Way Home blends light small-town romance with a lot of heart, creating the perfect contemporary romance. Michaela Parsons’s story begins when her meticulously planned vacation is abruptly cut short. Her air of adventure and a lot of good, natural, slow-burn romance and banter leads the reader to her ultimate destination, Dawson Ainsworth. The characters are the best part of the book. Michaela is a witty, warm, and self-assured woman and Dawson is a rough, but warm, self-assured, and self-controlled cowboy. The tension between them keeps the reader engaged and entertained. The book is very cozy and endearing, with a very nice rural atmosphere. Dawson and Michaela’s story and very unexpected journey to find home has very nice, even, and steady pacing. While there are many clichés in romance novels, The Long Way Home puts a new spin on old favorites and does them well. Opposite traits, proximity, and slow-burn romance lovers will appreciate Dawson and Michaela. The Long Way Home is an easy read with lots of heart, really good friendships and romance, and lots of chemistry. The pages will turn themselves. Once again, thank you Melyssa"
