"Tbh, it's actually pretty good. It's engaging even, myself I wouldn't be reading something vanilla. But you really brought me in to that world tbh, it felt quite nice. I really liked the ambiance, and i also was listening to jazz music while reading it so that may contribute on something. I have a little detail to tell you tho, i'd recommend using words than "numbers", it adds more realism. Like, you wrote "I said, tossing my cards to the table. 1 shot in wasn't enough to make me dizzy, but the world itself felt like it." It's better to write "one", instead of 1. It gives the impression of effort rather than reading a math document, lol. I liked how cozy everything was, it wasn't overly depressing stuff, and that was quite lovely. I liked the personality you gave to that one dude playing poker, it was an interesting character to read about. The main protagonist is quite good too, it doesn't feel too gloomy and its even hilarious. You made the whole "world" quite well, you described the building, the people, the different activities, it's actually... fucking great. I can see why so many people read your stuff, it didn't bore me at all. It had its peaks, and its lows. It had that tension, and that calmness from time to time. It's honestly, fucking great."
