World War II was a disaster that scarred humanity. When it ended, the world believed peace had finally been earned.
Two years later, peace died yet again in the form of another war. However, this war didn’t simply wound the planet — it broke it. Nearly ninety percent of the human population vanished beneath fire, famine, and fallout.
And in the silence that followed, those hidden in the darkness rose to the light. Werewolves, witches, vampires, shifters, and demons stepped from shadow into sovereignty. Humanity was no longer the dominant species on earth, the power shifted as bloodlines surfaced.
It wasn’t long before five great sovereignties carved the fractured world into territories: The Ironwood Dominion, ruled by Alpha King Cypher Vox. The Obsidian Covenant, governed by the Blackheart bloodline. The Crimson Imperium, led by Vampire King Julius Redfern. The Veilborn Tribunal, commanded by a council of shifter elders. And above them all in ancient hierarchy — the Infernal Throne, ruled by Lucifer Emberlyn himself.
The surviving humans sought refuge within these empires — not only for survival, but for structure, for the protection. For the illusion of normalcy in a world that no longer belonged to them.
But peace was fragile.
Outside all the sovereignty lurked danger in the darkest of corners. From the Rogues-the exiles who rejected imperial law. To another force entirely.
The enemies of the Five Sovereignties were many.
The Purifiers — humans who refused submission to what they called filthy supernatural beings — vowed to cleanse the world of corruption.
And beyond mortal sight stood the Celestial Realm, watching as the world fell into ruin and darkness took root. To them, the Five Sovereignties were abominations. Blasphemies. Errors that demanded erasure.
To Earth, however, they were inevitability.
With so many powers rising…
Was peace ever truly possible?
