Except she can barely seem to stay alive for more than a few weeks at a time. Emergence is the second part in a 3-part mature, supernatural romantasy. It is a slow burn, plot-heavy novel with themes of enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and a strong female main character with a harrowing back story.
