Unwritten Lines – Characters & setting.

Setting—

The story takes place in Clearwater, a suburban college town. Most of the story happens around Clearwater Community College, student apartments, and campus cafés. It’s a normal college environment where everyone is adjusting to independence, friendships, and life choices.

**Ava** – Quiet, observant college student who notices the small details others miss. Thoughtful and keeps to herself.

**Junior** – Energetic and funny. Always joking and keeping the group entertained, especially during stressful college moments.

**Maddison** – Confident, bold, and direct. She speaks her mind and doesn’t tolerate secrets or fake behavior.

**Carter** – New to Clearwater. Calm, chill, and easygoing. He avoids drama and keeps his personal life private.

**Xavier** – Charismatic and outgoing, but guarded underneath. He easily connects with people but doesn’t open up fully.

**Theo** – Quiet, steady, and thoughtful. A reliable listener who stays grounded in the chaos of college life.

**Maya** – Warm, friendly, and perceptive. She reads people well and often keeps the group balanced.

**Noah** – Party-driven and carefree. He lives in the moment, doesn’t stress about much, and would rather have fun than deal with anything serious. But he doesnt tell people he has depression but its just a little bit obvious. And he trys to be okay but when alone hes dying inside. (Sarcasim not actually)

**Isabelle** – non- confrontational. But direct, quiet, and mysterios but also really nice, and can be very loud when by herself or people she trusts. New to Clearwater but after awile gets used to it.
