A slow unfolding

"I do like these stories where the characters don’t just automatically fall in love or anything like that. Something to be said for the slow build and layering of context and the anticipation of reading and witnessing the relationship develop between the FMC and MMC; esp when the FMC isn’t some fragile dainty thing: enjoyable read so far!"
