"If darkness is your thing, welcome. This author understands how to make it linger. If scary is where you want to be, you’ve arrived. I read this several times before bed and regretted it by morning. If disturbing creativity is where you hoped to wander, take a stroll around this neighborhood. You will certainly find something you were looking for, though perhaps not something you should have wanted. There are no boring monsters here. If you're here for the sex, come on in, the water is definitely not fine. But...you'll probably like it anyway. The writing is clever, and the story is horrible in exactly the way you hoped it would be. Highly recommend."
