Chapter 1
Grade 11/D, also known as Grade 11 General, is a 2021 junior high fantasy-comedy produced by the Ministry of Education. It is distributed as part of the school progression storyline and follows Grade 9/D and Grade 10/D General, continuing the high school journey within the same universe.
In the first period, around 7:30 AM, students may have Music, Art, or Drama. Some students attend online while others are at school. This schedule continues for about one week, depending on the class arrangement At 8:15 AM, the students finish the first period.
After that, at 8:20 AM, the students start the second period: Mathematics, which is the same as before. During this class, Mohammed Ziad from Grade 10 also joins.In the second period (Math at 8:20 AM), students study inequalities, including: Graphing inequalitiesShowing solutions on a number lineSolving compound inequalitiesAbsolute value inequalitiesUnderstanding “and” / “or” conditions Some students are working in teams, while others are attending in school or online. Here are the main ideas visually: 1) Simple inequality (graph on number line):x > 2 This means all values greater than 2. 2) Compound inequality (“and” case):-1 < x \le 4 This means x is between -1 and 4, including 4. 3) Absolute value inequality:|x - 2| \le 3 This means x is within 3 units of 2.At 9:05 AM, the mathematics lesson finishes. After that, the students switch to an Arabic language online class, where they continue learning remotely through their platform or Microsoft Teams.Meanwhile, some students are inside the classroom at school, while others are joining online from home. Both groups follow the same lesson at the same time, depending on their schedule or attendance. At 9:55 AM, the Arabic online class ends, and the students go on a break time.Soon after the break ends, the students return to class for Chemistry.In Grade 11/D Chemistry, one key idea is: Why elements in the same group have similar propertiesElements in the same group of the periodic table have similar properties because they have the same number of electrons in their outer shell (valence electrons). These outer electrons control how an element reacts with others So, even though the elements are different, their chemical behavior is similar text{Valence electrons determine chemical properties} For example: Group 1 elements all have 1 outer electron, so they react strongly.Group 17 elements all have 7 outer electrons, so they easily gain 1 electron.In the same chemistry lesson, students may also review:Classification of the Elements (metals, nonmetals, metalloids)Basic ideas of periodic trendsMeanwhile in Grade 11/D:Some students are working on ALEF or LMS activities, while others are doing classwork or online tasks. The class is mixed between in-school and online learning.At 11:00 AM, the Chemistry lesson finishes. A few minutes later, at 11:05 AM, the students begin their English class with Mr. Henok. Some students are in the classroom at school, while others join online At 11:50 AM, the English class with Mr. Henok finishes.Moments later, at 11:55 AM, the students start their Health Science class with Mr. Sean.At 12:55 PM, the students start their Social Studies class after the second break.During Social Studies at 12:55 PM, students are working on LMS or ALEF activities. Some complete assignments, quizzes, or online tasks, while others follow instructions from the teacher either in class or online.At 1:40 PM, the Social Studies lesson ends. After that, students move on to Physical Education (PE) or Jiu Jitsu.At 2:30 PM, the PE or Jiu Jitsu class finishes, and the school day comes to an end for the students. Abdulla, Abdulrahman, Mansour, and Naser (Group B) will study online for 1 week.Hamad (Group A) will attend school and online learning for 1 week.

In an interview, it was mentioned that the UAE National Day 50th school special would continue the story from where Grade 11/D General left off. The Senior 2023 storyline was expected to be followed by another sequel, Grade 12 (Final Year), which was released on August 28, 2022.
At the time, this was considered the final school year of the 2023 series. A spin-off film titled “Mansour Goes to HCT”, released in August 2023, was also confirmed. It was originally planned to take place between Grade 9 General and Grade 10, but due to continuity concerns with the final year storyline, it was later changed.
Instead, the spin-off is set earlier in the timeline, before the events of the original schools such as Al Mostaqbal School, Al Suqoor School, and the broader secondary school system with three cycles.
