Prólogo

Hay momentos en los que escribir no es una elección, sino una forma de respirar. A veces no se trata de contar una historia, sino de escuchar lo que las palabras intentan decir cuando ya no las forzamos.

De ahí nacieron estas reflexiones: como destellos, como pequeñas grietas por donde se filtra algo de verdad.

No son textos pensados para enseñar, sino para acompañar.

Cada uno fue escrito después de una sacudida - una lectura, una pérdida, una alegría, una pregunta que no encontró respuesta.

Y aunque todos distintos, comparten una misma raíz: la necesidad de comprender qué significa seguir sintiendo en un mundo que parece anestesiado.

En estas letras hay dudas, pero también reconciliaciones. Hay gestos de ternura hacia lo humano, aunque a veces duela mirarlo de frente. Porque creo que sólo desde la sensibilidad -esa forma de inteligencia que el ruido desprecia - podemos volver a encontrarnos.

Si algo deseo que ocurra al leerme, no es que estés de acuerdo, sino que algo dentro tuyo se despierte. Una idea, una emoción, una memoria.

Entonces, aunque sea por un instante, mis palabras habrán cumplido su propósito.
