There are only some people in this world who beleive in or wait for their soulmate from beginning to end. But some start to believe only after being dumped or ditcted by the person they loved. At one particular time, everyone thinks, talks, and waits for that so-called word "soulmate." Some people wait for their soulmate from the beginning.
Our Mariam is also one of them. When it comes to soulmates, she totally becomes a crazy person.
If we talk about our crazy girl, she's something different. Her personality is unique-sometime introverted, sometimes extroverted. For some people, she's talkative, while other think she likes to be alone or doesn't know how to talk. She's a mixture of kindness and rudeness. The important thing is that she is a normal girl- not popular, not every boy's crush. She doesn't even talk to any boy. She only knows one word called "soulmate." It's like she's only living for her soulmate.
Now, it has been 10 years since she started waiting for or thinking about her soulmate. The good thing is that she's going to be 15 years old in a few months. Just like her birthday comes 5 July, XXXX. It was both the best and the worst day of her whole life.
When the day starts, everything goes normally in Karethia, just like in other countries.
Mariam is getting ready to go out with her family and relative to celebrate her birthday. When they got out of the house and locked the main door, all of a sudden a missile hit the ground, and boom......................
In a few seconds, the whole of Karethia felt the biggest earthquake ever. The sky was full of red and black colours. After that, everything became silent and was destroyed.
Now, all of Karethia is silent.
It has been 2 years and 6 months. She took a long time to come out of a coma. The worst phase of her life starts now.
18 March, XXXX
{Mariam} In the morning, the wake up. I don't know after how many months or years. My body feels heavy. For a second, I see my death in front of me.
When I open my eyes, I'm in a hospital. After seeing myself in the hospital, I go completely blank. I didn't know who I'm, why I'm here, or where is my family. Nothing makes sense.
But when I put my feel on the ground, suddenly a flashback covered my mind. The past flashback-it is vivid, blurry, and confusing. My body gets weaks, and I collapse at that moment. It takes me a few hours to understand and organize my flashbacks.
After organizing everything, the soft version of me dies somewhere, the moment my whole family dies. After talking with nurse about the date and year, I get shocked to know that I was in a coma for 2 years and 6 months.
If I think about it," Now, I'm 17 years old".
It takes about a month to properly recover my body. Now, I'm getting discharged from the hospital. In all this month, I learned about the way thing are in the war.
There are many countries involved, but the main ones are Varexion, Karethia, Solmara, Zyphera, Dravosk, and Thalvorn.
Our family countries are Varexion, and Solmara, which countries are against us Zyphera, Dravosk, and Thalvorn.
I also realized that Varexion and Karethia are going to collaborate to strengthen their military forces and build a stronger bond.
The interesting thing is that those who are able to face an attack can be rescued now able to do anything. Even in the military, age does not matter. People from 10 to 50 years of age are included. It happened because of the war situation.
I'm also the one of them. When I think about it, in my future life, the past version of me has completely died, and that is the best thing. From now onwards, I'm going to be the most fearless person in this world.
