Just Another Morning

Mornings were something for Ryo, unlike most adolescents his age, actually loved, which is already enough to question how dangerously motivated this guy is

While kids his age treat alarm clocks like personal enemies in war, we’ve got Mr. Ryo out in the public park at 6 a.m.,doing every possible exercise like he’s preparing for a sports arc that no one officially signed him up for and lowkey, hes actually good in most sports he plays

And let’s not ignore gravity’s #1 lover , Sir keeps tripping like its an olympic sport....

Still, there’s something oddly light about him. Even when things are messy or difficult, he has this strange ability to make the moment feel a little less heavy, its like he knows exactly what to do when things get serious....

But don’t let that fool you into thinking his life is easy

It isn’t, at all....

Even when things went wrong, even when the day clearly wasn’t on his side, Ryo had this strange way of making everything feel a little less heavy. Like he understood something others didn’t. Like when things got serious, he just knew how to soften the moment without even trying.

But that didn’t mean his life was easy.

Not even close.

His parents had left him behind years ago, like unfinished business they didn’t want to deal with. No dramatic goodbye, no explanation that made sense. Just absence. He grew up with his grandmother in a house that had more cracks than comfort, more quiet than warmth. Stability was never part of his life. It was more like a rumor he heard about from other people.

Money was always tight. So Ryo didn’t really get the luxury of being “just a student.” School during the day, part-time jobs whenever he could manage. Carrying boxes, delivering things, doing whatever paid enough to keep things going. Most days, he was exhausted before the sun even set.

But he never complained.

Not once.

Maybe because he knew complaining wouldn’t fix anything. Or maybe because he had learned too early that some things just… are....

At home, waiting for him, was Luna. A small, cute and furry cat. She was the only one who greeted him like he mattered, no matter how late he came back or how tired he looked.

And then… there was her.

The one person who could make his heartbeat forget its rhythm.

The one who didn’t even have to try.

When he looked at her, it wasn’t just a simple crush. It was chaos. His chest tightened, his thoughts scattered, and suddenly the world felt too loud and too quiet at the same time. But what he loved most about her wasn’t just how she looked, or how she smiled.

It was the way she existed.

The way she carried her own storms but still managed to stand in the sunlight. The way her presence alone made everything around her feel… alive. Like even the most ordinary moment could turn into something worth remembering.

And maybe, just maybe…

She was the reason school wasn’t as boring as Rio believed they were....
