CHAPTER 1: Going East
-Mysterious Waters Arc-
[It's nighttime, and we see Eliana and Adam sitting by a campfire, eating roasted fish]
-ADAM: Can't you believe it!?
-ELIANA: Hmm?
-ADAM: We are gonna see actual mermaids!
-ELIANA: Yeah it is kinda exciting.
-ADAM: How long till we get there?
[Eliana reaches into her bag and grabs the map, she opens it]
-ELIANA: Hmmn, I would say 1 day or so.
-ADAM: Ugh, it still seems far.
[Eliana puts her map in her bag]
-ELIANA: Yeah, who knew that we left Alfred's place like...2 days ago?
-ADAM: Ugh, don't remind me
[Adam lies down on the grass]
-ELIANA: *Chuckles* Remember that one time you accidentally led us into a valley of poison ivy.
-ADAM: It was so painful!!
-ELIANA: But I kinda expected a more dangerous adventure, but we only encountered lower-grade monsters.
-ADAM: Which is good, I don't wanna see anymore of those black monsters.
-ELIANA: I agree.
[Eliana looks up at the night sky]
-ELIANA: It's getting late, we should rest for tomorrow.
-ADAM: Yes ma'am🫡
[Eliana lies down on the grass, she closes her eyes]
-ELIANA: Good...night..
[Adam snores from a distance...In the morning Eliana opens her eyes, and she sits up]
-ELIANA: *Yawns* Ugh we need to find a better place to sleep.
[She sees Adam barely waking up]
-ADAM: *Yawns* Ugh who knew falling asleep on top of rocks feels uncomfortable?
-ELIANA: Then why didnt you move? 😒
-ADAM: I was too lazy to move.😓
-ELIANA: Yeah...Sure.
-ADAM: Well anyway.
[Adam stands up]
-ADAM: We should probably get going now.
-ELIANA: Right.
[Eliana grabs her sword and bag and stands up]
-ELIANA: Alright, let's go.
[Adam nodded and transformed into his wolf form, Eliana got on his back]
-ELIANA: Let's hurry.
-ADAM: Go it!
[Adam dashes forward]
-ELIANA: Can't believe we are gonna see real mermaids!!
-ADAM: Right, I've heard that they have hypnotic voices and lure men into the sea and drown.
-ELIANA: Uhh I don't think that's what mermaids do?
-ADAM: Hmmmn are you sure?
-ELIANA: Well I'm not sure, I never heard anything about them, so it could be true.
-ADAM: We'll just see once we arrive.
-ELIANA: Seems like someone is excited to get hypnotized by a mermaid.
-ADAM: Uhhh well not exactly really haha.
-ELIANA: Whatever you say, buddy.
[Adam jumps over a log]
-ELIANA: Hmnnn let's see..
[Eliana checks the map]
-ELIANA: We shouldn't be that far from the ocean.
-ADAM: ALLLRIGHT!!!
[Adam slows down]
-ELIANA: Huh, why are we slowing down?
[Adam sniffed the area, his eyes lit up with joy]
-ADAM: I SMELL THE OCEAN!!
-ELIANA: What!?
[Eliana sniffs the area]
-ELIANA: I don't smell anything.
-ADAM: I have a strong sense of smell.
-ELIANA: You must have a big nose to have a strong sense of smell.
-ADAM: My nose is not that big tho...
-ELIANA: I'm just joking...Let's get moving on.
-ADAM: Fine.
-ELIANA: Ugh, I'm sorry.
-ADAM: Apologies accepted...Now hold on, I'm going full speed.
[Adam dashes forward and runs faster]
-ELIANA: Hey slow down!!
[Suddenly Eliana catches a sniff of something in the air]
-ELIANA POV: This smell.
[Suddenly a bright light shines on Eliana's face, and Adam stops]
-ELIANA: Next time let me get ready before you do that again.
-ADAM: Hehe Sorry😅.
[Eliana gets off and lands on the sand]
-ELIANA: Wow...So this is what sand feels like.
-ADAM: I've been to a beach once or twice, I think....I can't really remember much.
[Eliana takes off her bag and tosses it to the side, she then falls onto the sand on her back]
-ELIANA: The sand is warm, I could just fall asleep here all day, Hahahah!!
[Eliana makes a sand angel]
-ADAM POV: I have never seen anyone excited about sand.
-ADAM: Alright, alright, fun's over..
[Eliana quickly stands up and turns around, seeing the blue sparkling sea gleaming under the sunlight]
-ELIANA: WOOW!!!
-ADAM: Oh no...
[Eliana runs towards the water]
-ELIANA: This is so fun!!!
[Eliana plays with the water]
-ELIANA: Adam, you should join me!!
-ADAM: You think making small splashes is fun!!??
-ELIANA: Huh?
[Eliana looks and sees Adam still in his wolf form up high in the sky]
-ADAM: THIS...IS...FUN!!!!
[Adam starts falling, as he hits the water, he creates a large wave around him]
-ELIANA: Uh oh.
[Eliana gets hit by the wave]
-ADAM: AHAHAHAHA!!
[Adam rises to the surface in his human-ish form]
-ADAM: Now that's what you call Fun!!
[Adam sees Eliana wet, her hair covering half her face]
-ADAM: PFFT HAHAHA!!!
[She moves her hair back]
-ELIANA: AHAHAHAHA!!!
-ADAM: This was fun!
-ELIANA: Yeah, it was fun!
-???: That seemed fun!
[Eliana and Adam froze mid-laughing, and slowly turned to see a beautiful young lady next to them]
-???: Heya!!
-ELIANA: AAAAAAH!!
-ADAM: RUNNN!!!
[Eliana and Adam quickly ran to the beach shore]
-???: Geez calm down,
-ADAM: W-WHO ARE YOU!!??
-ADVA: My name is Adva!
[Adva then shows them her tail]
-ADVA: I'm a mermaid.
-ELIANA: Wait a mermaid?
-ADVA: Oh whoops I don't think I should've said that🫢...
-ADAM: Uhhh.
-ELIANA: Wait, we actually came here to see a mermaid.
[Adva raises an eyebrow]
-ADVA: Well if you're here to kill me, it won't be easy.
-ADAM: Whaaaat!?
-ELIANA: No, we're not here to kill you or any mermaid.
-ADVA: Oh kayyyy???🤨
-ELIANA: We're actually here because Alfred sent us.
[Adva's eyes widen]
-ADVA: OH MY STARS, OH MY STARS, IT'S YOU GUYS!!
-ELIANA: Uhhh...
-ADAM: Are we famous or something?
-ADVA: Technically no, but I've heard you need to speak to the queen.
-ELIANA: Uhh yeah, actually.
-ADVA: Here take this.
[Adva gives Eliana and Adam a bracelet]
-ADAM: Uhh what are these for?
-ADVA: They will help you breathe underwater...Now let's go...Grab my hand.
[Adva extends her hand towards Eliana]
-ELIANA: Hmm.
[Eliana turns to Adam and grabs his hand, before grabbing Advas' hand]
-ADVA: Get ready, for you will experience something never seen by your very eyes.
[Adva then swims underwater dragging the duo with her]
