“If only I had never gone there…

If only those moments had never entered my life…

If only I had never tried to help anyone…

If only… if only… if only…”

“If only we had never looked at those shining stars together…

If only I had never fallen in love…

If only I had died that day…

Then maybe my wife wouldn’t be in this condition because of me today…”

“If only things had turned out differently… life would have been easier to live…

But all my ‘if onlys’… remained just that—unfulfilled wishes.”

“My name is Asif… and I am a married man.

Today, I feel completely helpless… because my wife lies silent on the bed, and despite everything, I can do nothing to save her.”

“My wife was not normal… she suffered from strange, terrifying seizures. I have changed countless doctors, searched everywhere for answers… but no one has been able to explain what’s happening to her. It’s as if this illness doesn’t even exist in medical science.”

“Now, I am left with one last hope… and one last option.

An option I never wanted to choose… because I never believed in such things.”

“My wife, Zeenat… she was pure, innocent.

I never imagined her life would turn into this nightmare… and our world would become so lifeless.”

“Everyone who visited our home said the same thing…

‘She is under the grip of something mysterious… something not human. It is slowly draining her life away.’

And they all gave me one advice—

‘Take her to a powerful Aamil (spiritual healer).’”

“When I finally took her to a well-known Aamil… he told me something that shook me to my core.”

“He looked at me and asked,

‘Where is the bala?’

I was confused… ‘What bala? I don’t know anything about it.’

Then he said,

‘Someone gave your wife a bala… and that very object is the reason behind her condition.’”

“I didn’t know whether to believe him or not. My mind was filled with doubts… fear… confusion.

But when I looked at my wife… fighting for her life… I felt maybe, just maybe… I should consider this once.”

“Zeenat’s condition was getting worse. She kept having attacks again and again… and I was terrified.”

“It was past midnight… around 2:00 AM.”

“Asif was groaning in pain… his body drenched in sweat. It felt as if a massive weight was crushing his chest. He couldn’t move… couldn’t even breathe properly.”

“And then—his eyes snapped open.”

“What he saw next… froze his soul.”

“Right in front of his face… was a horrifying sight.”

“It was his wife.”

“She was sitting on his chest… her hair falling wildly over her face… hiding her eyes.”

“The way she looked… it felt as if she was ready to rip his heart out.”

“And the moment Asif screamed…”

“She attacked him.”
