"Volume 3 of the River series is also an absolute must read for me. I used every spare minute to immerse myself in this wonderful story once again. The mix of intense emotions, misunderstandings, and heartfelt moments kept me captivated from start to finish. The characters are so lovingly and authentically crafted that they immediately win a place in readers’ hearts. Their fears, wishes, and longings are described in a way that’s easy to relate to and completely swept me away emotionally. Anyone who also enjoys romantic stories and intense love scenes won’t be disappointed here either. The author masterfully combines emotion and suspense. It was immediately clear to me that I have to read Volume 4 right away."

Actions are important
"The fact that they both had a lot going on in their lives makes the misunderstandings believable in the story. Since Bubba was in the background from the other stories I always got the impression that he would be the quietest of the bunch. Chuh, that thought flew out the window with the first gesture and 'sunshine' uttered. He wasn't shy when he went after what he wanted. Beckett. Now Beckett revealing his flaws, and having his moments...and there were many where I just wanted to super-duper punt my phone at him, makes him perfectly human, thereby, perfectly loveable. These two will be alright."

"He leido las tres historias seguidas. La vida de los diferentes personajes como el rio llevan un taransfondo de fatalidad como si no pudieran salir del cauce marcado por sus vivencias previas. Sin embargo,como en la naturaleza, la aparición de agentes externos puede modificar el curso del rio tambien puede cambiar el destino de las personas. Me ha gustado este enfoque por otra parte me está resultando divertido que en un pequeño pueblo del sur donde en principio solo había dos chicos gay se concentren tantas parejas. "
