"This story was so beautifully written and I was so absorbed in the characters and having to know what happens next. The author has created such fleshed out characters I feel as if I really know them and what drives their actions, so whilst I didn't predict what came next it didn't feel out of character or come out the blue. I was really rooting for them the whole way and finally a romantic lead who is actually worth the trouble! The places are described so vividly I could picture everything in my mind and it was so genuine I could believe in it all. A longer book than I usually read but so worth it, would've read it in one go if I could have! "
Worth every chapter
"I cannot fathom how amazing this story was. The feeling that was expressed with such detail and vivid imagery will remain with me for a long time. This book made me laugh aloud several times and even made me tear up a few times. I was so invested in their story that I lost count of how many times I stayed up much too late because I had to find out weekday happened next! One of my all time favorite stories! 💜"
An excellent novel
"A beautifully written romantic tale with well crafted detail and intimate moments described with subtle delicacy. The story flows from drama to heartbreak, yearning to bliss leading the reader to eagerly pass to the next chapter. A long book with a slow burn but well worth the read. I’d suggest deepening the mystery around the king and Harun, giving Leofwyn a stronger personal goal or conflict, and tightening a few descriptions so the story moves more quickly."
