"What a beautiful story. It has been a long time since I read a book where I wanted to highlight every second paragraph. The way this story is written is simply stunning. Some sentences stayed with me long after I finished the chapter. At its core, this is a story about destiny. Not the kind that arrives at the right moment, but the kind that has been waiting for you long before you were ready for it. What I loved most, though, was Anya. She is not a passive heroine waiting for fate to happen to her. She questions, argues, pushes back and refuses to quietly accept what others have decided for her. Whatever the gods have planned, they should probably be worried too. I have a feeling this story is not about what fate will do to Anya. It is about what Anya will do to fate. The fantasy is wonderful, but the parallels to the real world are impossible to miss and often painfully accurate. I can easily imagine this story one day sitting on my shelf as a beautiful hardcover. And now I’m off to Part 2."

An Enchanting Adventure
"Another beautiful story from this amazing author! I am always in awe of the creativity behind the world-building. It feels enchanting, magical, and mysterious, like you step into it and it refuses to let go. The FMC is resilient, strong-willed, and witty, which made me fall in love with her right from the start. The MC is a mystery both to us and to the FMC, which keeps the whole plot intriguing. So many questions, so many theories, and yet you can't help but feel completely immersed in the adventure that Anya and Kimba embark on. The action is spot on, the danger feels real, and the romance is fire. You can feel the chemistry between the two, and you find yourself rooting for them. Even if it is a forbidden love, you want to fight alongside them and let them decide their own fate. A must-read, and I can't wait to see what surprises you have in store for us in Part 2. "
Great romantasy adventure
"It's funny, it's real, it's lived in and the suspense keeps you clicking next chapter just to know what is going to happen. If you love romantasy adventures, this is for you. Highly recommend it. The MMC is mysterious and interesting, there is something there, you know there is, you just can't tell what is it yet. It's obvious he cares for her but we're yet to know what secrets he is keeping. The FMC is strong willed, resilient, funny and becomes your best friend immediately. There is adventure, magic, romantic suspense and a unique writing style that has you laughing and finding connections to life as it is now. Always incredible work from this author, never misses with her stories and I very much look forward to reading book 2. "
An epic journey filled with mystery and intrigue (and hot chemistry)
"This is the type of stiry where the plot is slowly unravelled as you read it, which keeps you both on the edge of your seat and left with an abundance of questions that you can only hope will be answered in the following books! The chemistry between Anya and Kimba is electric and is filled with thick tension. Kimba is one big mystery to both you and Anya. He's linked to her past and the author gives you clues that keep you coming back for more without revealing the whole plot. Anya is an amazing protagonist to follow. Her thoughts and opinions are relatable and she's a strong and impulsive character who keeps Kimba on her toes, (and readers when she's nearby any cliffs!) and is also very funny at times. Overall, loved this book! Amazing work as always from this author and I'll definitely be back for book 2!"
