A Detective Novel Done Right

"It is lovely to read a well-written detective novel. The plot is dynamic and quite engaging. The characters are all intriguing, and I loved how it ended. I enjoyed the dialogue immensely, and the descriptions were apt. Although I found some unnecessary and odd, they were excellent overall. I enjoyed the sci-fi elements as well as the traditional elements. I hope to see more books like this or a continuation someday."

I didn't like the ending. I almost always want "the good guys to win".

"I'm enjoying it thus far. It's a great concept. I really like Van Vuus. I can't wait to find out who the murderer is!"

The Hindsightu

"The last few pages with the explanation of how the murder was committed seemed to be much slower moving than the rest of the novel. Good idea of plot. Don't like the unresolved ending."
