Story of a fae
"A beautiful world-building, with angels, elves, and dwarves woven into the story. It’s a brilliant mix of fantasy and adventure, and Enzo’s journey is keeping me hooked from one chapter to the next. There’s never a dull moment, and I’m absolutely loving where this is going. Fair play to the author, because this world is something else altogether❤❤"

"Five stars, obviously, although I would like it noted that I was emotionally manipulated by beautiful worldbuilding, wonderful characters, and an entirely unreasonable need to know what happened next. The world felt genuinely magical, but it was the heart beneath it that made me love the story so much. Enzo was charming enough to get away with far too much, the relationships felt warm and real, and the exploration of what it truly means to be Fae gave the story so much more depth than I expected. I laughed, became emotionally attached, and am now invested in this world without having given anyone permission to make that happen. A gorgeous, imaginative read. I suppose I will forgive the author for making me care this much, as long as there is more. I am assuming there is! "
the beginning of a series of fantasy worlds
"A story that employs a widely known trope: leaving home to see the world, but with a fantasy twist. The story is straightforward, much like its protagonist; she knows what she wants and will defy the norms imposed by her society to achieve it. The blend of European-style Fae fantasy with elements of Shinto mythology gives the story a unique character that sets it apart from other works in the genre. Other Western mythologies also appear, like dwarves, elfs and angels, which I assume will pave the way for the subsequent stories in the saga."
