Chapter 1: The Strange Light
The night was quiet in a small village surrounded by dark trees and soft wind. The moon shone gently over the little houses. Inside one of them lived Vina, a poor but kind girl.
Vina did not have much. Her clothes were old, and her house was small. But she had a warm heart. She helped others and never complained. Every night, Vina saw the same strange dream.In her dream, she stood in a dark place. There was no sound, no people only silence. Suddenly, her eyes began to glow with a bright blue light. The light grew stronger and stronger untill it filled the whole space.Then she would wake up. Breathing fast. Heart beating hard. She never understood the dream."Why do I see this every night?" She often asked herself. But there was no answer.One night, everything changed. The wind outside became stronger. The door made a soft creaking sound. Vina was sleeping when suddenly....she woke up.Her room was filled with a strange blue light. At first, she thought it was a dream again. But this time she was awake.Slowly, she sat up on her bed. Her hands were shaking . She looked around. The light was coming from...her. Her hands were shining.Her eyes reflected the same blue glow. "What is happening?" she whispered, her voice full of fear. She tried to move, but her body felt heavy.The air in the room felt different—almost magical. Suddenly... The door opened.A cold wind rushed inside.Vina turned her head quickly. A boy was standing at the door. He looked about her age, but there was something different about him. His face was calm, but his eyes were serious, like he had seen many things.He stepped inside slowly. "Don't be afraid," he said in a calm voice. Vina pulled her blanket closer. "Who... who are you?" Vina asked, her voice trembling.The boy looked at her glowing hands. Then he said, "You have magic". Vina's heart stopped for a moment. She said "M.... magic?".“Yes,” he said. “And it has finally awakened”The light in the room slowly became softer, but it did not disappear. Vina shook her head. "No... this is not possible because I am just a normal girl".The boy stepped closer. "You are not normal human like others and, you never were" he said it to Vina. Vina felt confused. Her mind was full of questions.Before she could speak again, the boy looked toward the window. His face suddenly became worried. "They found you," he said quickly. Vina's eyes widened.“Who?”. The boy looked back to her. "People who want your power." Vina got afraid and said the boy,"What do they want from me?" "They want to use you," he replied. "If you don't go with them, they will destroy everything."Vina felt her hands shake again. Tears came to her eyes. "I don't understand anything.." The boy looked at her for a moment and said softly, "My name is Eric". I am here to save you.Something dark moved in the distance. Vina looked at Eric's hand. It looks strange but deep inside, she felt something else... A strange feeling. As if this moment was the beginning of something big.That night, under the strange blue light, Vina's ordinary life ended and her magical story began.
