Damn this Yuri! I have been waiting here outside of Drew’s house for like what? Damn 20 minutes! I also don’t even have a load on my phone. Damn it! Guess I have to walk now. I walk for a while by the sidewalk until I reach the road.

Where could Yuri be right now. He didn’t even bother telling me where he was going. I am starting to get worried about Yuri. Just today, he threatened a land owner. And ever since I found the hitlist, I felt a weird feeling around him. What could he be up to now?

“Watch where you are going kid!”

I look around and I realized I had carelessly crossed the road. Dumb Jay-Jay. Watch where you are going. Don’t get lost in your thoughts. Yuri isn’t a person who would do bad things to others.

I reach my house and I see horoscope outside.

“Where have you been Jay? Kuya was worried about you when he called. Especially after what Drew did to you.”

I had completely forgotten about Drew because I was overthinking about Yuri. I just hope nothing bad happens to him. Although I have suspicions about him and the hitlist, he is still my friend.

“I was just jogging around.” I reply with guilt.

Only if they knew what Drew was going through. His life is tough. That’s why you shouldn’t judge someone. Ever heard of “Never judge food by its cover”?

“What is never judge food by its cover.”

I was so lost in thought that I just blurted it out.

“It is a famous quote.”

“Famous quote, my foot. It is ’Never judge a book by its cover.”

“Ah”

I can’t believe I am this stupid. Although food is good, don’t always put it as a first priority. But I don’t think I can do that. Food is always my number one priority.

“Let’s go in. I was waiting for you.”

I am doomed. I don’t want Death to scream at the top of his lungs. First, because he is too noisy. Second, I just want to eat food right now.

I enter the house and it is completely silent.

“Where is Death?”

“What?”

“I meant K-kuya.” I said awkwardly.

“He still hasn’t come back from dropping your mom.”

"Our mom.” I corrected. “Oh... and did you see Yuri come in yet?”

“No. Why do you ask.”

“No reason.”

I am really worried right now. It is 10pm and Yuri the rooster head still hasn’t come back. Where could he be? What could he be doing?

“Can you put some load on my phone. I-I ran out.”

“Seriously Jay. You used all that which was meant for the entire month.”

“Sooooooorry”

“Fine but don’t use it all.”

Yes! I thought horoscope wouldn’t allow me to have more. I head towards the kitchen and ate some lechon bites and ice cream. After I finished eating, I sat on the couch and decided that I should wait till Yuri comes. I kept waiting and waiting. Where the hell is this damn rooster head!?!
