Chapter 1 -- The Girl Who Loved Stories
In the quiet town of Aderin, where dusty roads curved between mango trees and evening winds carried the smell of rain, there lived a sixteen-year-old girl named Amara.
Amara loved stories more than anything in the world.
Every afternoon after school, she hurried to the old community library at the edge of town. The building was small and worn, with cracked walls and leaning shelves, but to Amara it felt magical. Every book opened another world.
Her classmates often laughed at her.
“Books won’t feed you,” they said.
But Amara ignored them.
Secretly, she dreamed of becoming a writer.
At night, while everyone slept, she sat beside her window and filled old notebooks with stories about forgotten kingdoms, brave heroes, and lonely hearts searching for meaning.
But fear always stopped her from sharing them.
“What if I’m not good enough?” she often thought.
So her stories remained hidden.
