Summary

When a mysterious girl walks into Keerthi’s classroom, no one recognizes her. But she acts like she already belongs. She smiles… talks calmly… and chooses to sit right beside Keerthi—like they’ve known each other for years. Then she whispers something that changes everything. She knows Keerthi’s secrets. Secrets no one else should know. As Keerthi and her friends try to uncover the truth, they find something impossible— The girl doesn’t exist in any school records. No name. No past. No proof. Yet… she’s right there. Watching. Waiting. And slowly, Keerthi begins to realize the truth isn’t about who the girl is… It’s about why she was forgotten. Because some memories aren’t lost. They’re erased. And this time— someone else is going to be forgotten instead.

Chapter 1

PART 1 – The Girl Who Knew Me

The classroom door opened quietly… but no one expected what walked in.

She smiled.

Not like a new student. Like she already knew us.

“Hi,” she said softly, “It’s been a long time.”

The class went silent.

Because none of us had ever seen her before.

She said her name, but somehow… I didn’t catch it. It felt like it slipped past me before I could even process it.

The teacher, a little confused, asked her to take a seat.

There were empty desks.

But what she did next shocked me.

She walked straight toward me… and sat beside me.

Immediately, everyone started looking at us.

Like I knew her. Like we were close.

But I wasn’t.

I had never seen her before in my life.

Before I could even say anything, she leaned closer.

Her voice dropped to a whisper.

“Kriti… do you remember us talking about Peppa Pig?”

(Peppa Pig is Kriti's crush name)

My heart skipped.

How did she know that?

That wasn’t something random. That was a small, stupid conversation I had only ever had with people I trusted.

I stayed quiet, trying to process what was happening.

Then she whispered again.

“I know everything about you… and your secrets.”

My body went cold.

I didn’t say a single word after that.

Not until the first break.

Because all I could think about was one thing—

Who is she… and how does she know things no one else does?

Obsidian: He's hilarious. Like, actually. I loved it. You're writing style is great, although you could do with a few less murmurs and mutters. I know it sounds critical, but I have the same problem and I hate it. Overall, it was one of the best stories I've read on here so far. I liked it better than those M...
