What is your opinion?
This book was difficult for me to write .
"There are books you write from imagination... and there are books you write from emotional recognition. This was the second kind. Loving You Cost Me Myself was written for anyone who has ever slowly disappeared inside love without realizing it immediately. Not because they were weak, but because they cared deeply and kept choosing adjustment over honesty with themselves. Every chapter carries a version of conversations, emotions, and realizations many people struggle to explain out loud. I did not want this book to feel perfect. I wanted it to feel real. If you see yourself somewhere inside these pages, I hope you leave with one thing: The understanding that love should never require you to abandon yourself to keep it. – Sonia Benjoye"
I saw myself in too many pages.
"This book feels like reading thoughts you never knew how to explain out loud. The author writes with so much emotional honesty and tenderness that it almost feels uncomfortable in the best way. Every chapter quietly pulls you deeper into the realization of how easy it is to disappear inside love without noticing it immediately. It is reflective, painful and healing all at once. I highlighted so many lines because they felt painfully familiar."
