SYNOPSIS
Scarlett River Dawn, at twenty-eight, has achieved her childhood dream of becoming a renowned pastry chef. Born into a sophisticated family of professors, with siblings who are also thriving, she is no stranger to success. Despite her accomplishments, she remains humble; her family's upbringing ensured her feet always stayed firmly on the ground. True to her middle name, she flows through life like a river.
Yet she harbors a secret desire that she cannot share out loud. Deep within, she carries a fear that keeps her emotionally guarded. So, she hides herself away locking into her own world while holding onto her strong yet fragile heart. But at times, her heart quivers in dull aches thinking how unfortunate fate can be!
Phoenix Lincoln Wyatt is a thirty-five-year-old architect and the owner of Phoenix Holdings Ltd. Coming from an aristocratic background, he embodies power, luxury, and intellectualism. A man of few words, he is largely oblivious to social circles, preferring the solitude of his work. However, as the eldest son, he is bound by filial duty and a family legacy he must uphold.
