Atmospheric and beautifully done!
"This book has such a gentle, reflective tone, thoughtful without feeling heavy. The narration feels calm and trustworthy, like someone quietly observing the world with a lot of emotional intelligence. The atmosphere is beautiful. The fog outside, the soft dorm‐room lighting, the lavender, the glow of the laptop all of it creates this cozy early‐morning feeling that fits Violet perfectly. It’s intimate in a way that pulls you right into her space. The whole scene feels cinematic and quiet, building tension through mood instead of action. It’s grounded and realistic, but there’s just enough mystery to keep you leaning in. And the butterfly‐research angle gives the story a unique identity that makes it stand out. Overall, the writing feels mature, controlled, and deeply aware of emotion. It’s the kind of chapter that doesn’t shout,it just gently draws you in and keeps you there."
