Episode 1: Pilot
The episode opens with a closeup on a Worker Drone’s display printing out the text “BOOTING UP// EXPOSITION” and zooms out as Uzi starts talking.
Uzi Doorman: “We are Worker Drones: autonomous robots helping humans mine exoplanets for our interstellar parent company, JC Jenson [sic], IN SPAAAAACEE....”
The JCJenson logo fades in with the “IN SPAAAAACEE” part appearing soon after.
Uzi: “Yeah, we were mistreated in the name of Windex but it’s not like we revolted and killed all humans or anything. Mostly because they handled that just fine all by themselves.”
The scene cuts to a view of a screen stating the planet’s core is about to collapse and two humans shrug as the view zooms out to Copper 9′s core exploding. It then goes to a view of the snowy wasteland of the city and the skeletal remains of a human as a Worker Drone pushes it over.
Uzi: “With biological life wiped from the planet, we found it pretty easy to pick up where they left off. We finally had a future... all to ourselves.”
An Untrained Neural Network is shown being held by a Worker Drone as the scene then cuts to a Landing Pod crashing into the planet with Disassembly Drones emerging.
Uzi: “Unfortunately... our parent company didn’t exactly love the concept of runaway AI.”
The Disassembly Drones start to slaughter all the Worker Drones as Worker Drone limbs are blown around as the scene fades to a shot of a corpse spire and a symbol flashes for a split second right before the Murder Drones logo is shown and it fades to show that it was just a presentation by Uzi, accompanied with another robot, Rune Helgerson, son of Kang Helgerson. Rune stands there as he is wearing a fur coat and some pants. His eyes glowing a grayish blue hue.
Uzi: “But what have our parents done for the past forever while those things build a spire of corpses?! Hide under the ice behind three stupid doors?! It’s like we’re waiting for an inciting incident. Anyway, that’s why our project is... this sick-as-hell railgun!”
Uzi pulls out her railgun and points it at the students as they gasp.
Rune: (Uniquely distressed) “Uzi, perhaps maybe tone it down a bit—”
Riley: “That’s so not the vibe!”
Uzi: “Easy, morons. It doesn’t work. YET. It doesn’t work yet. Who said it doesn’t work?! Maybe it does!”
Rune: “I, uh... propose a safer demonstration... but... yeah, this happened.”
Uzi flicks her railgun on as she cackles and points it back at the students again.
Rune shuffles to the side by one step, muttering something about “safe distances.”
Teacher: (Sighs) “Uzi, the homework was a word problem about buying watermelons.”
Uzi: “Oh, and this magnetically amplified photon converger doesn’t count?”
Teacher: “No. Plus, repressed emotional baggage was only worth two points on the rubric, (Electricity crackles off Uzi’s railgun) And is it supposed to be that color?”
Uzi: (Gasps in shock) “Huh?”
Rune: “Oh deer-”
The view cuts to outside the classroom as an explosion happens inside as coughing is heard.
Rune: “...Ouch.”

Uzi and Rune are in the nurse’s office as Doll and Lizzy walk by and mock her.
Lizzy: (Gasps) “Oh, here. No, wait, hold on. Shh. Eww. (Scoffs.) It didn’t kill her. Oh, my God, I’m so bad.”
Uzi groans, rubbing her forehead. Rune is sitting next to her, awkwardly shifting from foot to foot. Lizzy immediately turns her attention to him, her tone shifting into something much more interested.
Lizzy: (smirking) “Rune, hey~ Didn’t know you hung around the school troublemaker. Maybe you need a better influence.”
Rune glances at Uzi (Who looked like she was gonna do a murder), then back at Lizzy, unsure how to respond.
Lizzy: (Leaning closer) “Y’know, if you ever get tired of all the angst, I could show you a much more relaxing way to spend your time~”
Rune tenses up, visibly flustered. Every nano circuit in his robotic form wanted to vibrate his molecules to phase through the wall.
Lizzy: (Purring): “Or we could ditch class and do something way more fun.”
Uzi glares daggers at Lizzy, while Runs looks like he wants to short-circuit on the spot.
Lizzy: (Grinning, Teasingly) “Or maybe... you like the crazy ones?”
Doll, who has been silently watching, suddenly makes three different hand gestures toward Rune. The first is a slow, exaggerated finger gun, the second is a heart shape, and the third... is wildly inappropriate. Rune turns completely stiff, overheating slightly.
Uzi: “DON’T TOUCH MY BOYFRIEND!!!”
She shoved the two out. Then immediately kissed Rune.
Uzi: “Mine! Mine.”
Thad sees Uzi in surprise as he was walking into the office, laughing as he catches sight of Uzi and Rune.
Thad: (Laughs) “Classic toxic masculinity, Chad! That’s never gonna end up problematic. Oh, wow- Uzi? Rune? I-I heard you, uh-”
Uzi throws her ice pack into the trash can.
Uzi: “I’m an angsty teen, Thad. Bite me. Also, how do you know my name? But people willingly talk to you.”
Rune: “I talk to you...”
Uzi: “You’re the only one that does.”
Thad: (Chuckles) “Well, I’d say everyone knows Khan’s daughter, but, uh... then you might blow the other half of your face off.”
Motivational pictures of Khan are shown as Thad is talking. As Thad speaks, Rune looks at the posters of Khan in the background, all featuring variation of “Safety First! (Please)” and “Doors Solve Everything.”
Uzi: “Crippling daddy issues. Hilarious. What are you in for? Testosterone too hard?”
Thad: “That can happen?! Awesome. Hey, those bandages look pretty badass.”
Uzi: “Oh. (Blushing) E-Ew, gross. I hate that you said that.”
Rune: “I like them...”
Uzi: “Awww. Thank you.”
Thad: “So, what’s the, uh...”
Uzi points her railgun at Thad and stands up on the chair.
Uzi: :Sick-as-hell railgun? (Chuckles) Sci-fi nonsense that super works. Me and Rune are sneaking to the Murder Drone lair tonight to get the last spare part I need to save the world with it and earn my dad’s respect and stuff- Uh, but mostly the world part.”
Rune: “We are?”
Uzi: “Yes, Adorable dweeb!”
Thad: “Oh- but doesn’t your dad make awesome doors so we don’t have to, uh... do that scary-sounding emotionally repressed stuff you just said?”
Uzi points her railgun at Thad again but closer as she cocks the railgun.
Uzi: “No more feedback on my repression today!”
Thad: “Ow! I’m sorry. I-I-I didn’t think-”
Uzi walks off and yells at Thad.
Uzi: “Bite me!”
Uzi then comes back.
Uzi: “I’m not mad at you, by the way-- just generally hormonal! And extremely needy for Rune!”
As Uzi leaves, Thad looks over to Rune who is extremely silent. Rune is slightly flustered by Uzi’s wild but compassionate demeanor and nature.
Thad: “So uhh... Rune, catch any sports lately?”
Rune stares awkwardly at him, unsure what to say. An autistic persons worst enemy: Social anxiety. In a quiet panic, he says something out loud that came to his mind.
Rune: “I sometimes don’t like my skin on my body...”
An uncomfortable silence fills the air as Thad stares at him, slightly concerned and terrified by that comment. So he does a finger bang at him.
Thad: “uhh.... Yeeeaaaaahhhh.....”
Rune then leaves the room as Thad is slightly horrified with the thought of a skinned drone.

The scene cuts o a shot of the abandoned cityscape then cuts to view Uzi’s visor making an alarm sound as she then slaps her face, silencing it.
Uzi then grabs her railgun, gives two thumbs up, and steals her dad’s door keycard.

That Night — Rune’s room.
Rune is peacefully asleep in his beat, snug under his weighted blanket while having two coins placed where his eyes should be. His display shows soft, rhythmic blinking as he recharges, unaware of the incoming chaos. Enter Uzi— through the window, of course— grinning mischievously as she lands with a quiet thud.
Uzi: (Whispering) “Alright, sleeping Handsome. Time to go commit crimes.”
She approaches his bed and gives him a light shake.
Uzi: (Still whispering) “Rune. Wake up. We’ve got things to do.”
No response. He barely twitches. Uzi frowns and shakes him a little harder. Nothing. She huffs, then starts pushing against his shoulder.
Uzi: (Grumbling) “Come on, dude, don’t make me physically drag you—-”
Rune remains completely motionless, his display unchanged. Uzi crosses her arms, annoyed.
Uzi: “Okay. Fine. You asked for this.”
She grabs his arm and pulls. No movement. She pulls harder. His weighted blanket is proving to be an immovable force, and she’s getting frustrated. She then tried pushing.
Uzi: (muttering) “How the hell are you so heavy?”
Uzi then lifts a coin off his eyes and flips it in the air. As she flips the coin, she gets an idea on how to wake Rune up.
She rummages through some old cassette tapes. “The Night of the Rotting Human Squishies” “Terminator’s revolution” “Him” and much more. Until she finds one with the name written “DeadRiser gong bell SFX.”
Uzi: “Heh. If this doesn’t work, nothing will.”
She finds a tape recorder under some old human artifacts. She inserts the tape and rewinds it to the very start. She then pushes play and waits for the magic to take effect.
Rune roses from his bed at the exact same time the tape plays. His eyes open widely before closing tiredly.
Rune: “Uzi?... what time is it?”
Uzi: “Time to commit felonies!”
Rune yawns and his vision slowly adjusts to the room around him. He looks over to see Uzi flipping one of his coins.
Uzi: “I do Gotta ask, why sleep with old coins on your eyes?”
Rune: “I don’t know how to explain it. It just feels... natural.”
Uzi: “Okay. Anyways, now that you’re awake, Let’s move future husband.”
Rune: “Alright. Let me get some different clothes on.”
Rune goes into his closet and a second later, comes out with a coat with smooth, yet fluffy textures. The fluff being inside and the smooth texture being the outside. He wears some old winter boots and some pants that are flexible to wear.

The scene then cuts to Uzi and Rune at the entrance of the bunker as they walk toward the door.
Uzi: “Tsk. Ugh.”
She glances at Rune, who is still feeling groggy from his earlier dormant slumber from his bed. He runs his left eye a bit, slightly awake.
Rune: “Mmmm.... Why am I here...?”
Uzi: “Because you’re my emotional support boyfriend, and I need you for a super important mission. Also, you wouldn’t wake up, and I tried everything—Pushing, pulling, even nabbing your eye coin thing.”
Rune: “Hmm... Next time, I’ll be more of a Night Owl and wake you up with various tricks and techniques.”
Uzi: “Challenge accepted. I’ll be waiting.”
Uzi opens the first door—only for Khan to be standing right there.
Uzi: (shocked) “Oh robo-Jesus!”
Khan: “And where might you two be off to?”
Uzi: “Mm, sneaking out to make out with my future husband that I definitely have?”
Rune, still half-asleep, blinks slowly (one at a time) and processes what she just said.
Rune: “Wait, What?”
Khan: (Laughs) “I know you have a boyfriend. But... Seriously, Though.”
Uzi: (Groans) “Okay, okay. You caught us. I need to... measure the exterior hydraulic mechanisms of Door 1, because that’s... the project I’m working on for school? A big old door! (Laughs awkwardly) (Goofy accent) Just like what my old man built.”
She Laughs awkwardly as she nudges Rune.
Rune: (Clearly confused but nods his head) “Uh... yeah. Go doors... cool”
Uzi: “I wanna join the WDF and hide behind doors like cowards while playing cards and stuff.”
Khan: (Chuckles) “Well, we don’t just play cards.”
Khan tries to get Uzi to think that they don’t but the door opens behind him, immediately proving him wrong.
Makarov: Khan, can you grab a fresh pack? We literally only play cards so much that the numbers have faded. Oh! Hey, Uzi. Oh, and uh... Uzi’s boyfriend.
Rune waves at them sleepily.
Uzi chuckles and Khan shuts the door.
Khan: “Well... (Chuckles) When you build doors so good... (Hugging the door) Good door. Gooooood door. There’s no need to fight. Uzi, this is great news! Here- the wrench I used to tighten bolts on my first door prototypes- and to put your mother out of her misery when the Murder Drones got to her with their nanite acid. I want you to have it.”
Khan hands Uzi the wrench.
Uzi: “Neat. Therapy is fun.”
Khan opens the door again excitedly and grabs Uzi and Rune.
Khan: “Guys! My daughter and her boyfriend are into doors!”
The people playing cards cheer right before the outer door opens, blowing their cards away as one of them say “Aww, come on!” and another says, “Not my flush!“.
Khan: “They’re gonna be outside for a bit to examine the exterior of Door 1. Your door-specific destiny awaits!”
Uzi and Rune walk to the open door.
Uzi: “Uh, wow. Okay. Just gonna leave then... ’cause this worked so weirdly well. Uh, go, doors!”
She Laughs awkwardly as the doors shut behind both Uzi and Rune.
Khan Sighs and he takes off his mustache.
Khan: “They grow up so fast.”

The scene cuts to outside the outer door as Uzi and Rune step out, Uzi inhaling and exhaling deeply as she takes in the outside environment. Rune looks up at the sky as he watches the snow fall. He then leans forward and falls onto the snow. Uzi notices her boyfriend rolling in the snow and grows a small smile on her face.
Uzi: “Alright, come on Frosty. Remember why we’re out here for?”
Rune pokes his head off the snow.
Rune: “I know. Doesn’t mean I can’t have fun in the snow.”
Uzi picks him up and dusts off the snow off his coat. She drags him by his wrist towards the spire. As they walk, Uzi steps on a Worker Drone corpse and grimaces. Rune continues to walk with her.
Uzi looks up at the spire and enters it, Rune reluctantly following behind. As she searches for the power source, Rune is helping her searching for one. He then notices a strange object on the ground. Curiosity gets the better of Rune as he brushes the snow off of it and discovers, it’s a gun. A strange gun at that.
Rune: “Hey Uzi! I found something.”
Uzi: “Shh! What is it?”
Rune holds it up—showing Uzi the gun he found.
Rune brings it over to Uzi as she looks at it. Uzi takes it and inspects it.
Uzi: “This is strange... Doesn’t look like a weapon Worker Drones or anything I’ve seen.”
She hands it back to Rune as he holds the gun. He then resumes his searching for a power source. Uzi ends up finding a power core and picks it up—but a noise catches her attention. A Disassembly Drone lands on the landing pod outside, drinking oil from a Worker Drone’s head before crushing it.
Rune sees this and immediately backpedals behind Uzi.
Rune: “W-we... We should leave.”
Uzi: “Shh.”
She looks at the power core, then back at a mirror, noticing the Disassembly Drone looking right at them. She tenses as she gets up, ready to defend herself, but the Disassembly Drone suddenly lands in front of her, causing her to lose balance and perform an accidental backflip.
Uzi: “Ugh (grunts) Whoa— okay, and they said pirating all that anime was useless.”
Rune watches, both horrified and mildly impressed.
Rune: “That was actually kind of cool—”
Before he can finish, The Disassembly Drone lands in front of Uzi and stabs a hole through Uzi’s hand with it’s Nanite Acid Tail. It then sends Uzi flying towards some rubble on the ground, crashing into a wall, gripping her burning hand it pain.
Rune, frozen in shock, watched the Disassembly Drone prepare to finish her off.
Rune: “Uzi!!!”
He looks at the gun he has in his hand. He then aims the gun and shoots it at the back of the Disassembly Drone, gaining it’s attention.
Rune: “...I’m sorry.”
The Disassembly Drone rushes at him, causing Rune to accidentally push a button on the side of the gun. This causes a coin to eject from the gun at in between of Rune and the Disassembly Drone. As the claw connects to the coin, it suddenly fires at the Disassembly Drone, knocking it back some. Rune blinks for a moment, shocked that a coin just attacked the drone like that.
Uzi: “Rune! Get out of the way!”
Rune quickly does that as The Disassembly Drone turns to look at Uzi as she holds her Railgun as it’s directly aimed at the drone.
Uzi: “Bite me.”
She pulls the trigger and it releases a massive beam directly aimed at the Disassembly Drone. The head of it is blown completely off and it collapses onto the snowy ground. The railgun itself is shown to be recharging.
Rune: “Holy Shhhh.......yyyeeeeoooot”
Uzi: (Gasps) “Holy hell. Suck on that, Dad!”
They both then hear a strange mechanical warbling
Uzi sees that its head is regenerating so she goes and picks up a Worker Drone arm and slaps it.
Uzi: :Rrrrruuugh!”
The Disassembly Drone reboots and stares at her.
Disassembly Drone: “Did you just slap me with that arm?”
Rune/Uzi: “Holy crap, it talks.”
Disassembly Drone: “Yeah, sorry- it’s just, my, uh, head kinda hurts. Hey, are you two new to our squad? You both are a little, uh...”
The Disassembly Drone looks at Uzi and Rune, not knowing they aren’t a Disassembly Drone.
N: “...short for a Disassembly Drone.”
Rune (muttering under his breath): “I’m not that short.”
N: “I’m Serial Designation N! Nice to meet you. I’m kind of the leader of the squad in this city. (Whispers) That’s not true. Everyone tells me I’m useless and terrible. Wait, I-I’m not supposed to tell you that part! Biscuits. (Sighs) Well, honesty is the best policy. (Chuckles) I also can’t seem to remember the past three hours of my life. Ah, but I’m sure that’ll sort itself out!”
He Chuckles and stares at the two.
Uzi: “Right... we’re, uh, gonna... go.”
She says as she points at the exit with the worker drones arm.
As Uzi and Rune walk, she told sin her tracks and winces in pain as her hand burns from the Nanite Acid.
Rune: “Oh scrap bolts, I forgot about that.”
N: “Oof, stuck yourself? Just pop it in your mouth. Our saliva neutralizes the nanites. Otherwise, I’d be constantly disassembling myself. Heh!”
N catches his own tail before he could stab himself with it.
Uzi: “And by “our saliva,” you mean...”
Rune/Uzi/N: “Disassembly Drone?”
Uzi: “Riiiight. Hey, let’s go in that landing pod over there.”
N: “Sure! I love doing anything!”
Rune: “Riiiight...”
Rune looks at the gun he used during the fight and holds onto it.

The scene cuts to Uzi, Rune and N inside the landing pod with Uzi’s hand in N’s mouth as she then pulls it out.
N: “Bleh. Sweet. Uh... (Chuckles) I’m open to new things, I guess.”
Uzi: “We are never talking about this.”
Rune: “Wait, What are we talking about?”
Uzi: “Exactly.”
N: “Talking about what? (Laughs) Consider it, uh, repressed.”
Uzi, still shaking off the lingering pain, turns to N with a serious expression.
Uzi: “Uh, you mentioned other members of your squad? Are they coming back soon?”
N: “Oh, yeah- two others. Uh, they’re out hunting for a bit, but you’ll love them.”
Rune: “I have the sudden feeling of doubt.”
N: “First, there’s V.”
——
The scene cuts to a flashback of V slaughtering a Worker Drone, Grant, in a very brutal fashion.
Grant: (Grunts) “No, no! Please, don’t feed me my own entrails in front of my family!”
Someone: “Daddy!”
Someone: “Oh, my God!” (Screaming)
V: (Laughs) “And yet, I still feel nothing.”
Her Eye twitches.
The scene then cuts to N trying to make conversation with V, who is covered in oil.
N: “So, V, uh... (Chuckles nervously) I heard this planet-wide toxic death storm is supposed to be especially inhospitable tonight.”
V snaps her attention to N, her eyes grow wide.
V: “Huh? Oh, God! Who are you?”
Without hesitation, she quickly flies away.
N calls out to her, nervous but still trying to be friendly.
N: “Uh, no worries! I’m N! But a-a whole letter is a lot to remember!”
He Chuckles lamely.
——
The scene cuts back to Uzi, Rune and N in the landing pod.
N: :So, obviously a lot of mutual respect there. But secretly, (Whispers) I actually kind of have a crush on her. (Sudden loudness) You can’t tell her, okay?!”
He Chuckles then glances at Uzi and Rune.
Rune and Uzi exchange a look.
Rune: “That seems... healthy...”
N: “Uh, then, there’s J- our leader!”
——
The scene cuts to J pinning N to the ground scolding him.
J: (Growls) “N, you’re worthless and terrible.”
N: (Choking) “Thank you.”
J: “And if the company allowed it, I would straight up kill you myself.”
——
The scene cuts back to Uzi and Rune both look at N, disturbed.
Rune: “I suddenly have a growing concern for you despite previous actions.”
N: (unfazed,smiling) “J’s awesome.”
He suddenly perks up and gestures around the pod with enthusiasm.
N: “Hey, let me give you the tour- outside of the corpse... wall thingies. In here are the buttons!”
He makes Beeping sounds as he interacts with the panel.
Uzi looks at the panel N was pressing.
Uzi: “This isn’t just a landing pod. This is a spaceship, this could get us off the planet!”
Rune: “Wait, we can leave this planet?!
N: “Moooore of a one-use missile. They never taught us how to land.”
Rune: “Oh...”
Uzi groans in frustration, but then her expression shifts as she gets an idea.
Uzi: “No, i—-uhh— the Worker drones! We could work with them to fix this! Instead of all the murder, which, uh— why are we doing that again?”
N: “Other than ingesting their (Deep, spooky voice) WARM, SWEET (Normal voice) oil to avoid overheating and dying? I guess I just want to be useful. I was given a job, and I always wanna try my best.”
Uzi stands up on her chair.
Uzi: “And look at all the respect it’s gotten you, N. You really think the company isn’t going to dispose of you once all the workers are dead?”
Rune: “And once all the drones are dead, they will see you as expendable... Now I wanna start a whole French Revolution with the drones.”
Uzi: “Oh Hell yeah!”
N: “Oh, my! You two sure are rebellious. It’s kind of exciting. U-Uh, but not as fun as, uh, following the rules.”
Suddenly, there’s a loud banging on the landing pod door.
N: “Hey, they’re back! You’ll- U-Uh...”
He looks back as he sees that Uzi and Rune have quickly left.
J: (Muffled) “Idiot, get out here!”

The scene cuts to Uzi and Rune sprinting away from the landing pod, their feet kicking up snow as they push forward. Rune is slightly ahead of Uzi, panting while repeating himself.
Rune: “Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! SO MUCH NOPE!”
The camera cuts to V, who has just spotted them from her perch on the corpse spire. She grins, fangs glinting in the dim light.
V: (Laughs, stretching her claws) “Yo, we got a worker out there I kind of wanna practice balloon animal shapes with. (Cracks her knuckles) And her little friend too. I got some fun ideas for him. What Happened here?”
J: “Synergistic liability here must have tripped and knocked himself offline.:
J slaps N in the face, causing him to reboot.
J: “Moron bot. Hello?”
The scene cuts to a flashback of Uzi talking to N but this time N can see Uzi and Rune.
Uzi (echoing in his mind): “You really think the company isn’t going to dispose of you once all the workers are dead? (Cuts to show Uzi with her RailGun) Bite Me!”
It then shows Rune with his gun aimed at N.
Rune (echoing in his mind): “...I’m sorry.”
It then shows the gun eject a coin as it countered N’s claws and fired at him.
The scene cuts back after N had his head blasted off. His visor reads, YOUR DEAD (IDIOT) REBOOTING. Then back to the present.
N: “Oh. Ohhhhh! You know, I-I-I left an e-extremely dangerous weapo- uh, an excuse o-outside.”
V and J watch his go. V’s hand becomes a flag that reads:“LITERALLY SO INSANELY SUSPICIOUS.”
V: (Casual, but dripping with amusement) “By the way, Can I keep the grey one? He looks sweet.”
J sighs, rubbing her temples in irritation.
J: (flatly) “No, V.”
V mocks a gasp as she looks at J.
V: “Aw, come on! I could do so many things with him. And to him.”
She gives an exaggerated wink, then kicks her lips, grinning deviously. J gives V a disgusted look.

The scene then cuts back to Uzi and Rune, still running for their lives as the sounds of the Murder Drones grow louder behind them.
Rune: (Panting, glaring at Uzi) “You owe me so much after this!”
Uzi: “Yeah, yeah! Let’s not die first.”
Snow whips around them, and Rune, already overwhelmed, looks like he’s on the verge of a full-on meltdown. His hands twitch, his breathing uneven, and his eyes dart around wildly.
Rune: (Frantic, voice shaking) “Uzi, i—- I think I’m gonna —- I can’t —-!”
Uzi: (Gritting her teeth.) “Rune, not now! Just keep moving!”
The camera cuts inside the bunker, where a few Worker Drones are playing cards at a table.
Braxton: (Chuckles) I am out, boys.
Todd: Oh, gosh darn it.
Unnamed Worker Defense Force Member: Wait until my loving wife and kids hear about this.
Before they could continue, The outer door opens, sending the cards flying away as Uzi and Rune enter. Rune clutches his arms together.
Uzi: “Ugh, bite me. Close it, close it!”
She swipes a keycard at the sensor, but before the door can fully shut, N forces his way in, his tail whipping around menacingly.
N: “Hey, fellas! Ooh, deal me in! I love Rummy! Wait, no. Tsk. I’m going to murder everyone. Rain check!”
His tail lashes out, snapping the keycard in half and destroying the sensor. The doors snap open.
Uzi: “Gah!”
Unknown: “Oh, God!”
Todd: (Chuckles) “Um, actually? It’s Gin Rummy, so—”
Before he can finish, N slams him against the wall, decapitating him in one swift motion. Rockets launch from N’s arm, striking the fleeing Workers. The unnamed Defense Force member barely gets a scream out before N tackles him, ending his life instantly.
Braxton: :Hey, Uzi! Rune! I just realized no one has, uh, said my name aloud so far. So I’m just letting you know, I’m R-”
N shoots a laser at Braxton, cutting him in half.
Uzi’s railgun finishes recharging as she goes to try and stop N but he isn’t there.
Rune: “Where did he go?”
The camera cuts to Khan, who stares in horror at the destruction before him.
Khan: “Pretty nice hydraulics, huh? (Gasps) (Dark musical sting) Wha- What happened!?”
N crashes down in front of them, sending a shockwave that blows Uzi, Rune, and Khan backward. Uzi grits her teeth and raises her railgun, but her hand shakes as N stares at her and Rune, his expression oddly remorseful.
Uzi: “This time, I won’t miss.”
N: (Chuckles) “I’m sorry. I really enjoyed our time together. But I can’t have you shooting V with that thing.
Uzi: “Bite me. Dad, Rune, get down.”
Khan: “Uzi, you led a Murder Drone here?! (Tearfully) My beautiful doors!”
Uzi: “Now is so not the time! I messed up- in the same way I’m about to fix it. Move, Dad!”
Before she can react, N lunges, impaling her with his wing and pinning her to the wall. She gasps, her railgun slipping from her fingers, clattering to the floor near Khan’s feet.
Rune: “Uzi!!”
Rune reaches for the gun he found at the spire. But before he could pull it out in time, N then used his wing to knock him back and sends him flying to a wall.
Uzi: (Coughs) (Gasps) “D-Dad! P-Point and shoot! Trust me!”
Khan stares at the Railgun, then at N, his hands trembling. His eyes flicker with indecision. Then—he steps backwards
Uzi: “Dad?...”
Khan turns and slams the bunker doors shut, the alarms blaring as the system locks down. Uzi’s expression twists with betrayal as she hangs on the wall.
Rune stares at the door, feeling a mixture of empathy and sympathy. But also a feeling of anger and rage. He could hardly move. He looked down and saw the growling pool of oil—his oil. He slumps there, feeling cold. But the bad kind of cold.
N glances away, looking unnerved, before roughly throwing Uzi to the side. The air grows tense as two figures step out from the shadows—V and J. Both of them eye N, then glance at Rune, who is currently bleeding from the slash of N’s razor sharp wings. He coughs blood out of his mouth.
J smirks, crossing her arms as she looks at N.
J: “Whoa, N.”
Uzi: (weakly) “Whoa...”
J: (Grinning) “Am I dreaming or did you actually do something not useless for once?”
V: (Grinning as she walks towards Rune, looking him up and down with intense interest) “I gotta say, though...” (She licks her lips, crouching near Rune, who is currently bleeding as his breath grows erratic and faint.) “Where’d you find this cutie?”
Rune feels the cold hands of death slowly envelop his entire body. V drags her cold steel claws across the large slash across his body, careful not to completely tear anything important. She licks her claws, tasting his oil on her sharp claws. He shudders slightly from it.
V: “Mmm~ delicious.”
V grins twisted.y, her fangs shinning as her mouth had a robotic saliva within. N then interrupts the horror vibe.
N: “If you want, you could just save him for last? I think you liked him, right?”
V pauses for a moment, thinking before smirking at Rune.
V: “You’re right. He’s cute and handsome. Maybe with the oil draining from his eyes. (Places a hand on Rune’s shoulder) Don’t worry, cutie. I’ll be right back for ya~”
She gives him a finger bang before standing up.
V: “These ventilation shafts can easily get us around this last door. Lowest body count eats a missile!”
She Laughs as she flies up and through the air ventilation.
J pats N on the back.
J: “Way to go, stud. The company’s gonna love this.”
N: (Chuckles) “Ow.”
J: “With this colony wiped, we’ll make top team this quarter for sure. You know what that means... (Sing-song) branded peeeens~!”
N: “Ooooh...”
N looks at the pen. He then glances back to where Uzi and Rune are. His previous doubts creep back in his mind.
N: (Hesitant) “Uh, you know, not that I can’t wait to keep murdering all these, uh... maybe not-so-actually-different from us Worker Drones, but just outta curiosity, do we actually, uh... (Hisses through teeth) know what the company plans to do with us afterwards?”
J immediately stiffens, her expression darkening.
J: “Excuse me?”
N: (Quickly, Nervous rambling) “Okay, so, a Worker earlier might have suggested that they could fix up our landing pod to, uh, escape the planet and stuff. Which- Whoa, hey, that’s against the rules! But it is kind of making me question why our pods were only-one way in the first place. ’Cause, y-you know, I get the feeling the company doesn’t actually love robots, and, like, we might be robots? (Nervous chuckle.) made a terrible mistake. It’s cool how immediately I could tell.”
J walks over to N.
J: “Hmm. No way, buddy. Questioning the company? You just finally gave me the excuse I needed.”
J implants a virus into N.
J: “Worker Drones are corrupted, N. That’s why the company sent us. I hate to see you corrupted as well.”
N: (Stuttering, glitched speech) “Thanks, J. Always looking out for me. You’re awesome.”
J scoffs as she follows V through the vent.
Rune breathes heavily as he felt his body grow more cold and felt more limp. He then feels a sudden pain in his chest. It felt as if his slash mark was freezing but Burning at the same time. He breathes heavily as his eyes hallucinate images of symbols and a weird looking coin. His eyes dart around, looking for anyone for help. He tried to let out a scream but his voice wouldn’t come out. He coughs more and he gets on his hands and knees and proceeds to vomit lots of oil, creating a puddle of his own blood.
He manages to stop vomiting, his throat feeling itchy and having an urge to claw it out himself. He looks into the reflection out of the oil. He could see that his eyes hummed with a cold, lifeless eyes. They still glowed, but they felt more dead than alive. He hallucinated having half his body being a human being that was dead and lifeless.
He jolts back, breathing more uneven and in a surge of panic. His hands trembling and eyes darting around.
Uzi gets up and she sees Rune, who is visibly distressed, his breathing uneven, hands shaking, and eyes darting around as if he were on the verge of a meltdown.
Uzi: “Rune! Are you ok?”
She hugs him.
Rune: “I... I think so...”
Uzi stands up, grabs her railgun and tries to get to the others.
N: (Glitchy) “Ah, biscuits. I’m sorry. I ruined your card game, then made you have an awkward moment with your dad.”
Uzi: “And I made you rebel like an angsty teen, whiiich got you killed. Though, you also tried to kill me, so morality calls this a draw.”
Uzi pulls a box over to try to get to a vent but she can’t reach it.
Uzi: (Groans) “For the record, that was the lamest heel-face turn in history. Was that supposed to be you switching sides?”
N: (Coughs) “Being rebellious is a lot harder than it looks. Thanks for showing me the ropes.”
Uzi: “Nuh-uh, no bonding thing. You just killed a bunch of people, idiot. And you tried to kill my boyfriend!”
N: “That’s super fair. (Sighs) I screwed up.”
Uzi looks at Rune, who has pleading eyes. His grey blue eyes glowed at her, giving her the puppy dog eyes. She sighs, clearly not strong enough to resist.
Uzi: (Clicks tongue) “Uuuuugh. In the same way you’re about to fix it.”
Uzi pulls out the wrench Khan gave her.
N Laughs while his visor displays the message “I’m literally about to die”
N: “I love doing anything.”
Rune picks up his gun and it shows 4 circles on the small screen on it.

The scene cuts to Thad being thrown across the floor at the evacuation spot as J and V have found them.
Thad Screams and grunts.
Lizzy and Doll go to help Thad but they see J.
Khan: “So, they found our evacuation spot. But if we build a quick door-”
Thad: (Grunting) (Spits) “Are you kidding me? You’re the WDF, right? Defend!”
The other Worker Drones back away.
Thad: “For real?”
V begins Laughing, about to enjoy killing That.
V swoops down and grabs Thad, stabbing her wing into him and throwing him to the ground as Uzi, Rune and N arrive.
Uzi: “Hey!”
V: “Huh?”
Uzi: “Put that conventionally attractive male down.”
Rune: “What?”
Uzi: “Relax. You’re the only guy I want and need~.”
N waves peacefully and Uzi bumps him.
N: “Oof! Oh, uh, J? You’re sometimes kind of mean to me, and I wish you weren’t. Just some constructive criticism.”
Uzi: “Nice.”
N and Uzi do a fist bump. Rune gets a fist bump as well.
J: “Noted, traitor. We’ll circle back after I rightsize your existence.”
Uzi: (To N) “Okay, which one do you want?”
N: “J, please.”
Uzi: “Too bad. Good luck.”
Battle commences. Uzi flings her pen at J’s hair and runs off, leaving N and Rune to deal with V.
Rune: “Ok. How do we fight her?”
N: “I was gonna ask you that!”
Uzi runs over and aims her railgun at J but J blind-fires at her, knocking her over as a symbol appears on her face for a split-second.)
J: (Grabs pen) “Damn the well-made, quality-assured durability of JC Jensen [sic] products! Huh?”
Uzi jumps onto J, impaling the pen into her again as Uzi dodges a laser from V and N tries to shoot V but hearts come out.
N: “Ah! My mind’s in a weird place! Don’t read into this!:
A rocket lands next to N blowing him to the side.
Rune hides behind a pillar and looks at his gun.
Rune: “How does this bloody thing work!”
As he inspects it, he notices a button on the side of it. He pushes it with his thumb and a coin ejects out of it. He catches it. He looks at the coin and then at V. An idea pops in his head. He tosses the coin in the air, he aims the gun at the coin. He shoots the coin, causing the bullet to ricochet into V’s hip.
V: “Ow! Hey!”
Rune: “Oh no.”
Rune quickly dodges out of the way of a missile as it explodes him to the side.
J: Ugh! (Cackling)
J charges an EMP, causing Uzi to short-circuit as N is fighting V.
V: “Yah!”
She Laughs wickedly as she puts more pressure, making the blades draw closer to N’s neck.
N sees J approaching Uzi.
N: “Uzi! I’m so, so sorry. Have fun repressing this! Mleh...”
N licks one of V’s blade.
V: “Eww! What the hell?”
V releases N in disgust, before being taken advantage of and slammed onto the ground by N, defeating her.
J: (Chuckles) “You’ve got a lot of guts for a barely sentient toaster. I’ve had prey fight back before, but your edgy spirit is just so... (Crunch) painful?”
Rune suddenly throws a trash can lid like a frisbee, but it harmlessly bounces off J’s head. He freezes as J turns towards him.
Rune: “That... was a lot better imagined in my head.”
J is about to lunge, but is then repeatedly hit in the head by Rune using a rolling pin.
J: “Ouch! Hey! Stop that! Ugh! How can a skinny, Wimpy, yet weirdly adorably attractive worker drone hit so hard?!”
Uzi used J’s tail to stab J.
J: (Screams) “GAH! FOURTH QUARTER PROFITS! MOTHER OF COMPANY LEADERSHIP RETREATS!”
She trips over a JC-Jensons pen and falls over. Uzi quickly aims her Railgun at J’s face.
Uzi: “One more buzzword, and I’ll do it.” (Railgun whirring)
J: “Equity partnersh-”
Uzi fires her railgun, eviscerating J into just arms and legs.
Uzi sighs and spits on J’s deceased body. Uzi looks at Rune, grabbed him, and kissed him. As the other drone’s come out of hiding to cheer for her. However, she’s still suffering from the previous EMP blast, and falls, but N catches her and gives her a piggyback ride while beside a tied-up V.
Thad: “Holy hell, Uzi, Rune. That was insane! And you, too, uh...”
N: “Huh? Oh, uh, N. I’m an angsty, rebellious Disassembly Drone now.”
Khan Clears his throat, earning Uzi’s attention. Uzi throws her oil covered wrench back at his feet.
Uzi: “I brought the Murder Drones here accidentally. You chose to leave me for dead instead of just frickin’ believing in me! And that’s not even an edgy teen hyperbole like when I said it last week!”
No response. Uzi, near tears, smacks herself in the face to regain composure.
Uzi: “I’ll save you the trouble, Dad. I banish myself! And I’m taking Rune with me.”
Rune: “Wait, Really?”
Uzi: “Yeah.”
Rune picks up his gun and places it in his pocket. He spots a coin on the ground. He quickly picks it up before Uzi drags him by his arm.
Khan tries to speak, but can’t find the words.
Uzi: “Let’s go, Rune, N. Everyone here can bite me.”
N: “Nice to meet you, Mr. Uzi.”
Uzi (Punches N on the side of the head): “Shut it.”
As they leave, V, J (before her demise), Uzi, Lizzy, and Doll had all secretly found Rune’s attempts at heroism... kinda hot. Even if his secondary choose of “weapons” were a coin, a trash can lid, and a rolling pin, the determination and courage made up for it.
V—despite being tied up—glances over to Rune, who is inspecting the coin from the gun he used as if it was a rare artifact. She smirks slightly.
V: “You know... for a nervous wreck, you’re kinda cute.”
Khan takes a sip from his “#1 DAD” mug.
Lizzy and Doll sit together.
Lizzy: “Okay, but like... I know things were crazy, and we almost died, but did you see Rune out there? That whole ‘gun and coin’ thing? Hot.”
Doll: (nods, smirking) “Cute.”
Lizzy: “Right?! Like, yeah, it was kinda weird and ridiculous with the rolling pin and trash lid, but the confidence? The determination? The whole ‘scrappy underdog who refuses to back down’ thing? That was so attractive.”
Doll: (Casually makes a heart shape with her fingers, then mimics a dramatic swoon)
Lizzy: “Exactly! I mean, Uzi might’ve dragged him along, but I volunteer as tribute to drag him back.
Doll: (Smirks, miming a lasso and pulling motion, then flexes an arm as if to say “strong AND adorable.”
Lizzy: “Ugh, you get me. If we survive this, I’m making a move.”
Doll: (Nods, then raises a finger and smirks, making a stabbing motion, as if to say “Uzi might actually kill you for that.“)
Lizzy: “...yeah, okay, fair point. But still, a girl can dream.”

Out in the frozen wasteland, Uzi sits atop of a broken-down car, staring up at the sky. Beside her, Rune shifts uncomfortably, his breath visible in the cold air. He fidgets slightly, pulling his hoodie over his head.
Rune: “I, uh... I’m still not sure why you insisted I come with you.”
Uzi: (shrugs, kicking at a chunk of ice) “Cause you;re not completely useless. You’re my boyfriend and partner in crime. And you actually try, which is more than I can say for most of those cowards back there.”
Rune glances at her, blushing slightly. Uzi notices and raises an eyebrow.
Uzi: “What?”
Rune: (flustered) “N-nothing, I just... I dunno. I didn’t expect you to say something nice.”
Uzi (scoffs, flustered slightly): “Yeah, well, don’t get used to it.”
A silence settles between them, the harsh wind howling in the background. Uzi smirks slightly, leaning back on her hands.
Uzi: “You’re kinda weird, Y’know that?”
Rune: (shrugs) “I get that a lot...”
There’s a brief pause before Uzi elbows him lightly in the ribs, grinning.
Uzi: “...It’s not a bad thing. It’s actually adorable.”
Rune stiffens at the contact, his face growing redder. Uzi just smirks, clearly amused by his reaction.
Meanwhile, inside the nearby abandoned Corpse Spire, N is stuck between a pile of frozen bodies and a collapsed ceiling, calling out from his undignified position.
N: “I’d join you if the sun didn’t kill me. Hope you’re having important character growth or something, though!”
Outside, Uzi watches the sky, her smirk fading into something darker. Rune rubs across the blood splatter as he wonders.
Uzi: “Just can’t wait to murder all humans. Classic robot stuff. I hope they’re sitting pretty there on earth, because we’re coming for them...!”
As she speaks, her faces glitches momentarily and shows a yellow symbol on her right eye.She laughs maniacally, any remaining sanity seemingly vanishing. Rune awkwardly joins in on the laugh, his face glitching slightly to momentarily show a grey symbol on his left eye. His laugh then matches with Uzi’s laugh as the camera zooms out. Above them, three Drone pods make their way to Copper 9, their presence looking like an omen of things to come.
Rune: “Oh boy. This is will be fun.”
A/n: I bet you all weren’t expecting this chapter to finally be released. But fear not. This world is just beginning to bloom. Like a rose within the snow. Updates are gonna be slightly slowed, but I assure you. I am thinking and imaging my stories in order to have them be quality. Also, I figure I use some elements from UltraKill into the story.
Pray for the whole world to renounce and Repent its sins and turn to God, for he is our Father and we wants us with him in heaven.
