*Chapter One*
The sun nudged my eyelids awake.
“Rise and shine princess! It’s your first day in the university and you’re going to be late!” My sister whined.
My sister is in year thirteen and I here is in year twelve. She is one year elder to me and much prettier than me too. My sister is the most popular girl in the school, where I was invisible. Everyone would call me as ′ Lindsey’s lil sis'. I mean, don't they know how to call my name!!
I groaned and pulled up the blankets above my head. Lindsey yanked it away like a rebel snatching a toy away from a baby.
I pouted, I wasn’t excited to join year twelve in a really famous university. My parents and I were in Orlando and my sister was her in here in The Great Britain. She insisted my parents on sending her here to improve her skills and studies, so they agreed.
Later they wanted me too, to join the same university as Lindsey. I wasn’t happy because I had to leave all my friends behind.
I stretched and got up. I quickly ran into the bathroom, brushed my teeth and took a warm shower. I slipped into my clothes and applied some makeup and tied my hair into a ponytail.
I wore my black converse and ran down the stairs, into the kitchen.
Before going down I had grabbed my bag packed with my books and schedule.
“Good morning darling,” My mom said as I walked into the kitchen.
“Good morning Arabella darling!” My dad said giving his best smile.
I hugged both of them, “Morning fellas!”
They chuckled, my parents, are the most loving couple anybody could know. They were lovebirds!
I was having my breakfast when my sister entered. “Come here, sis! I want to do your hair!” she said.
I walked towards her and plopped down on the couch.
I could feel that she was doing a complicated hairstyle. As long as it isn’t something like a crazy Victorian style, I am fine with it.
“Done!” she squealed. She took a photo and showed it to me. I smiled in awe, “Thanks, bunny”.She smiled, “Anytime bun!”
We hugged and ate our breakfast our dad had cooked.
We both ate really fast because Lindsey said we were going to be late.
I washed my hands and rinsed my mouth.
I ran after Linsey after waving goodbye to my parents.
Lindsey sat in her car and started it.
I took out my keys and started my car.
We both got on the road and she led the way to the university. I followed her from behind.
I hope I have a good impression in this school as well... I thought until we reached there, the most annoying place in the world, Sentain University.
I parked next to Lindsey’s car and got out. Everyone looked expensive and rich like us so no one cared to even share a glance.
Everyone smiled as they saw Lindsey, a group of guys and girls surrounded her and talked.
She was really popular.
“Hey princess! ” Lindsey called out to me.
I smiled and walked to her group.
“This is my lil' sis, Arabella!” she introduced.
“Hello! I am Max.” A tall attractive guy with all tattoos pulled his hand out from his pockets to shake my hand.
I took it, “Hello Max!” I smiled, he winked.
I blushed as he caressed my hand with his thumb. He left it smiling.
Lindsey raised her eyebrows and winked at me. I rolled my eyes.
Later I got in the campus and straight to the office. I got my instruction sheet and I left to find my locker.
Suddenly the halls went silent, I found people standing to the sides. I shrugged and walked in between them.
They all gasped when I turned to see a tall, muscled up guy.
“Umm...could you mind telling me where locker no.234 is, please?” I asked him. Everyone started murmuring things like, she’s dead... she’s done for... let’s hope for the best...
His eyes were cold blue and showed no emotion. He had his biceps piercing through his tight full sleeve shirt and his pack underneath.
I didn’t care and just wanted to find the locker.
He held my hand and took me to the other side of the hall, I gulped when he gave a stare to those near a locker.
He looked at me, “Here it is...your locker” he said with no emotion.
I smiled, “Thank you” I looked at my hand which he was holding.
He slammed me into the locker, I squeaked. He nudged his head into my neck, his breath was hot which made me shiver.
“What’s your name?” he whispered into my ears.
“Arabella Wilson,” I said with confidence. “What’s yours?” I asked when everyone gasped again... some girls... who I think are fans of this guy, threw me dirty looks.
“Zach William” he answered after like, what, a minute.
I nodded, “Nice name!”
He sniffed my neck and trailed soft kisses to my jaw. I moaned silently, what was this feeling?
He put his arms around my waist and his forehead on mine.
He stared into my grey eyes with his cold, blue orbs.
He left me and walked to the other side with his gang, leaving me in utter shock.
The hallways went back to not being silent.
I could feel girls shooting daggers at me with their glares.
Why does this always happen to me... can’t I have a normal life... or is it just going to begin...
